They tried to make me happy. They came back to try to make it right. They are very responsive and honest. I requested written agreements but I just received verbal agreements instead. The clean up and organization could have been better.

This was an EXCELLENT experience from start to finish. Great Customer service from initial contact for scheduling with Office (Lynn) as well as with Service Tech (Robert). Robert was wonderful!! - Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous - knew exactly what to do with this older system. Answered all my questions and offered good tips for helping it make it through another season. Great job!

The tech, Justin, showed up on time, was very courteous & professional, and suggested/showed replacements/additions that, if made, would make my unit run efficiently. He did a fantastic job cleaning the outside unit and thoroughly checked my a/c unit - what a deal for $39. Nothing was done (that would incur an additional cost) without first showing me and having my blessing to move forward. Incidentally, I did not feel pressured to make any repairs/purchases above and beyond the a/c tune-up. When he was done, my a/c unit was running the best I recall for some time. I have found the folks who will be my go-to for a/c and heating service. :) Actual - Replaced run capacitor ($135.) and added a couple lbs. of R22 refrigerant ($190.). VERY reasonable.

Our unit is older and was very expensive when purchased, because of the size of the unit. I knew it was bad news, but Trey took the time to do some research and rather than $3200.00 for a new compressor it was discovered we had a FEW MONTHS left on the original warranty. WOW. He took the time also to determine what the problem was and provided a great solution. The very next day, they came out with new compressor and cleaned & serviced the entire unit. He also found a part that was starting to have a problem (Capacitor) and although not under warranty we had them replace it to prevent future (like soon) problem. Trey & Scott who worked and serviced the unit were both very professional, did a great job explaining the problems and what the solution was. Excellent work, a very fair price and done on time. Trey is an asset to his company and I strongly recommend Tony Kelly heating & ac service if you want a good local, honest company to deal with in the Tallahassee, Florida area.

Excellent service in all respects. The technician, Robert, explained the procedures and the results found. He found the source of a slow leak that another company failed to notice on two separate occasions. The price charged was very fair.

They were very prompt and professional in their response. We contacted several companies as soon as we realized there was a problem and they were the first to respond and diagnose exactly what was wrong. Ultimately we used another company but only because we wanted a particular brand whose company used a different local installation and service provider.

Very professional company! The general manager,Chris appears to really care about his customers and he showed sympathy for my situation while I was dealing with my failed unit AND Let me not forget to mention my home warranty company (FIRST AMERICAN). His response to my questions via email regarding my unit was quick and very HELPFUL! Despite their company no longer being contracted with my home warranty company, he still sent somebody out to fix the unit that was previously worked on by (Trey). Trey was extremely professional and gave me good professional advice. I really appreciated his time and professionalism. I have since cancelled the warranty contract due dissatisfaction and I have plans to utilize Tony and Kelly company in the near future! Thanks for providing good business vs bad!

Great. It was on a Sunday and blazing hot outside. Chris called me back right away and scheduled a time to come to our house that same day. He was able to repair the system while he was there and get it back to cooling that same day.

Robert arrived early to give us an estimate on replacing our system. After checking it over, we decided to follow his advice and have him recheck the coolant levels in a month. He was very honest about our systems future and didn't make us feel that we had no other options but replacement at this time.

He did a great job and saved an old furnace from needing to be replaced.

Our heater was shutting off and tripping the breaker after about 15 minutes of use. The tech immediately figured out that we needed a higher gauge of wire because the wire was overheating and presented a potential fire hazard. We are new homeowners, so we appreciated the tech explaining everything and being thorough. Friendly, thorough, and honest. Would recommend.

Trey came out and looked at our unit. Found a leak and offered several fixes. Awaiting quotes at this time. very professional and pleasant.

I purchased an Angie's list special and the company was prompt in performing the service, however, it was determined that the compressor and several other things were shot. The technician was awesome, he explained each step in his diagnosis and then called the company for an estimate on replacing the system. The estimate was very reasonable and the company replaced the system the following day. They were prompt, every thing was clean when they left. They had to remove the gate to place the unit but re-installed it properly. I was impressed with this company. I would recommend them

Great communication once I contacted the office. My appointment time was timely and reconfirmed when the serviceman was on his way. He was very prompt, introduced himself, and went straight to the job. He was excellent at explaining things and educated me on setting my thermostat since I did not know all the possibilities. He was very professional and pleasant and as a 76 y/o widow, I was very comfortable letting him into my home. He even tolerated my German Shepherd dog. They are an excellent source if you have a question, which I did the following day and received a call back within an hour. My daughter has used Tony Kelly for her home for several years and is also very satisfied.

It went well. The tech was very knowledgeable. I thought the fees were high, but the provider was very understanding and discussed my concerns with me.

Went very well. Hard working young guys took the heat of the attic and didn't complain. Much ;) they were quick, clean and knew what they were doing.

Went as expected. Our a.c. is 24 yrs old, time to replace. We were quoted a decent price and are going with them. Install is next week....time will tell.
