The Mission of Aire-Serv Heating and Air Conditioning Company, N. Central Florida is to provide World Class Front Line Customer Service. We have extensive and ongoing training for our staff that allows us to achieve customer service that is unprecedented in our industry. Therefore, we take it seriously any time we disappoint our customers. Unfortunately, the work you request us to perform, in our professional opinion, would not resolve you home comfort concern and was not consistent with our mission for customer service. In addition, after careful consideration is was determined that it would not be consistent with what we know to be good trade practice. Based on these facts we had no other alternative but to decline to perform the work. From what you posted on Angie’s list it appears we were unsuccessfully in our communications to you. We failed in several attempts to contact you via telephone and voice mail. Our intent was to further discuss our technician findings and the resolution he presented for your home comfort concerns. Again, I deeply regret we were not effectively in meeting your expectation and it is obvious we did not resolve your concerns. However, consistent with our mission, as the owner of Aire-Serv, I welcome the opportunity to meet any time that is convenient for you to discuss a proper corrective action for your home comfort concerns. As a token of our failed communication efforts I would like to offer you a free home comfort system service which will include a complete check of you heating system prior to the winter season getting into full swing. In addition, I would also offer you a free indoor air quality evaluation of your home which includes testing your indoor air for any potentially harmful contaminates.
