Description of Work: Despite it being a hot summer day (i.e. lots of service calls) they were able to work me into their schedule. Tech came out, on time, and performed the work. He walked me through everything he did and encouraged me to look over his shoulder. Very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Tony Kelly AC installed a new AC system in my 2000+ sq. ft. home. Their work included attic unit and outside compressor (no duct work). They were very professional and kept my old unit full of freon until they could schedule the new install. Very impressed with their price and work.

Description of Work: hired by a seller to repair duct work on a house. they did not complete the job and have no come out to finish the job - 2 months later - but they do say i need entirely new duct work for $7000 or some non senses - and would be happy to do it in the slow season for cost/labor. only 3 or four areas need to be sealed, but they are telling my clients they need entirely new duct work...mmmm.

Description of Work: I had used a different AC company who could never get my air working correctly, so I fired them and hired Aire Serv at the recommendation of a friend. I called Aire Serv adn their receptionist Christian was very pleasant. They sent Trey out to help me and he was super nice and very professional. I ended up needing a new unit (which I figured since my unit was old), Trey called and got me scheduled to get my new unit the same day, and I was ecstatic! Travis and Edward came out and put in my new system, they were very professional and really nice, they never made me feel uncomfortable. I will recommend Aire Serv to my family and friends and continue to use them myself!

Description of Work: They came out to look at the project and were supposed to follow up with me with a quote, and they never got back to me.

Description of Work: I recently moved to Tallahassee and discovered my A/C unit was not coming on. After calling numerous companies only one "Aire Serv" responded the same day. Two of there employees showed up and immediately I felt satisfied with my choice due to their professionalism and great character. Within the hour they had the A/C unit up and running but believed additional tech service was needed due to a electrical fault that was interfering with the thermostat and relay. A call was put into their company and the following day the senior tech arrived with one of the men that had been in our home the previous day. After doing a thorough check it was determined a rodent had chewed through one of the wires, they repaired/replaced the wires as required and I was up 100%. There was no additional charge for this, and I really felt that it could have gone either way. If you are looking for an honest company that carries the business ethics we all want then give them a call when your cooling or heating system needs servicing or repair.
