+ -1 moreWith 50 similar properties to compare, they chose two that made perfect sense and one that made no sense to whatsoever. My professional team (realtors, attorney) agrees with me. Here are some examples. My Home age: 16 years Their comp age: 44 years My home: 2 stories Their comp: 1 story My Home street: Public Their comp street: Private My home utilities: Underground Their comp utilities: Above ground There are more unprofessional choices that Timberlane Appraisal Associates made. For me, there are other companies in Tallahassee that I will use in the future.
Description of Work: Appraised my residential property for refinance.

+ -1 moreBecause this is my first home, I was unfamiliar with the process. I decided to let my people work for me and let the mortgage broker pick the Appraisal service. The work began before I ever wrote the check and the finished report was very professional. I had some questions about the Appraisal when I went looking for home insurance. The people were very responsive via email to my questions. The Only weird thing was, It is now 10 days later and they have yet to cash my check.
Description of Work: I was purchasing a new home and they performed the appraisal on the property.
