 + -1 moreNot impressed with their assuming that is ok to come on my property without making contact with me and obtaining permission to do so.
Description of Work: I wanted a quote for some work so I contacted them online. I received a prompt message by phone on details on how to contact them to set up an appointment. Before I could get back with them to set up a time they e-mailed (see below) me that they would be in my area and would provide a quote. This is rude and arrogant to think that they can come on my property to write up an estimate without making contact with me. I am mortified at this arrogance and lack of professionalism that they have the audacity to give a quote without the owner being present or obtaining permission to do so. Good morning, This is The Yard Guys of Tallahassee. We received your request online for an estimate. I was unable to contact you by phone. We will be in your area today and will come by to estimate services. I will get back with you by email with estimate. Please let us know if you would like to use your services. Thank you and we look forward to speaking to you soon.

 + 0 moreMy wife and I are about to put our house up for sale and just didn't have time to clean up the yard. Chris and his crew came in, removed all of the pine needles, mowed and edged the lawn, cleaned up fallen branches, and blew off the roof, driveway, deck, and patio... and it only took them about an hour. The yard look fantastic! I honestly wish I would have used them for the past 4 years that I've owned the house. They did a much better job than I could ever do!
