Order it they did not show for three months after payment. Showed up three months later bill me again. Canceled service then they billed me two more times. Crooks big scam I would have chosen-500 for them across board. Don’t use them a big scam. Going to Attorney General to see if he will get everything corrected. Anahuac Tx. Is the area I live in.

We love our service guy, Bruce. He's really great. But we've had some issues with automatic scheduling, and Bruce has been able to work with us in re-scheduling.

There have been some issues with the invoicing, but the work has been good.

We have used Terminix for many years. Our contract was taken over when they bought out the Sears pest control service. Every year the inspection appointment is set by Terminix, they NEVER show up for the first appointment. Always take time off of work to sit and wait for no one to show up. We have brought this to their attention every time only to be told "Sorry about that". Will be looking for a new company.

We have been with Terminix since 1999 and followed their recommendation termite treatments, inspections and protection plan over the course of all these years. We accommodated their request for inspection dates and time. The first time that we try to call them for service involving a possible termite damage to our home, it took at least five (5) phone calls over two day period including phone calls to corporate office to get a response from the local office. Then base on their request that we call when our contractor gets to the part in question, again when we called the number we were given there were no answer. This time it took another four phone calls including calls to corporate office to get a response. We were told that there are termite damage and someone from local office would get back with us first thing on Monday (this was Friday) about the damage claim. Monday came and no response and it took another six (6) phone calls again including corporate office to get a response. When the branch manager came out he said that he just got the message and though that the case was closed. Finally after many more phone calls without response or answers, the branch manager called back and said we were not covered since they did not see any live termites. They could have told us this from the beginning instead they chose to string us along for one whole week and had us to delay the contractor from working on the house. Over these years we had paid them over $4,000.00. These people are not responsive, they will give you the run around and take your money. They are NOT interested in customer service or satisfaction.

They gave me a real good price. They beat my other pest control people. They gave $17.25 a quarterly service. My old service was $77.50 for Paul’s Pest Control. Terminix will start in January which is going to be $60 and this is every quarter. The guy came two days ago at my door. I chose to use them because he came to my front door soliciting. I have heard all what he had to say and I compared him to who I had been using and he gave me a better price so I thought I would give him a try because I am on a fixed income. He was very professional.

I will give a neutral on that. Their service tech is good. He comes around. He is here at the appointed time every month and good about calling us before hand. However, they sometimes call us and ask us if we would like to try Terminix. In other wards they don't seem to know that we are customers. It is like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand does. It is weird. I actually got a call one time saying would you like us to do a termite inspection and the day before I had just confirmed a date with them for termite inspections. I think what happened was that somebody put the wrong thing down and they called me up to see if I wanted one instead of the date I wanted that they were supposed to come out. But their technician is always here on time. He is friendly. He is ready to go. He knows what to do. If I ask about some service they have, literally I asked him about getting a mosquito treatment in our yard and I got a call back from the office about an hour later with somebody saying that we would be glad to come out and do a quote and so forth. It is kind of like, it is up and down. Overall they are okay. It has been a couple of weeks ago that they had our regular monthly service. I have a termite inspection on the 24th, so I guess it is the week after the next. I will see them in about a week and a half. We have a yearly contract. I hate to give them a 'C' because they have been good so I would give them a 'B'. They are good about the monthly service and he has had to fight through some issues in the yard. Their price is competitive. It is very good and competitive. The quality of the work seems to be good. We don't see anything. We don't see insects and we don't seem to have the problems that some other people I know have. Obviously it is working. They have got a lot better, they are not using stuff that is as strong or as deadly that the stuff that used to get. They have been good. Their new mosquito treatment that they are trying out is actually a combined pheromone garlic spray. I would have given them an 'A' for professionalism but I give them a 'B' because of the things that we have had, some realities we have had happened. We have a contract with them. At one point we talked about changing but we stayed.

We've been using them for 15 years. They tried jumping up the price every week for a while and I got all over them so they adjusted it. They are okay but they are hard to reach some times. They are good at coming out and doing their job. We'll continue to use them right now.

Terminix is reliable. They found some termite damage earlier and repaired it.

I arrived home in time to permit a full termite inspection that had been scheduled by Terminix to occur between 5 and 7 pm. and hanging from my front door was a receipt that said the inspector had already been there to conduct an exterior inspection. I immediately called the local Terminix number to ask why the inspector had arrived and left before the inspection was even scheduled to occur, and to have him return and complete the interior inspection. No one answered the phone at the local office, so I called the 800 number, and was on hold while they attempted to contact the local office. Eventually, the person I'd reached through the 800 number said no one was answering and that they would make sure my call was returned by someone local. It never was. Here, five weeks later, I've only gotten calls from the Terminix 800 number seeking to reschedule an interior inspection. This was the second year in a row that a Terminix inspector arrived and left before the appointment was scheduled to occur. The Terminix termite protection guarantee is only valid if they complete a full inspection. The first time it happened I managed to get the inspector to return and complete the interior inspection on the day it was scheduled. This time I just decided not to do business with Terminix anymore and contacted another local pest control company to handle termite protection at my house.

Read the contract and ask the obvious questions regarding coverage. Don't be swayed by a pretty package and a likeable salesperson. Ask how it is determined exactly what damage is covered and how.

They show up on time. They do the work that's necessary. There is minimal hassle or fuss. They seem to be careful about what they're doing and I haven't had any problems. When I call them they come out in two days at the most. The price, quality, and professionalism are great. I will continue to use them in the future.

This company has provided a quarterly pest control service for the past 2 years. They have always shown up on schedule and as yet I have not required a repeat service before the next service date.

It is very important for my home to be free of cockroaches. He is very conscientious. He keeps the bugs away.

We went with Terminix because the previous owners had them and the termite bond they had on the house was still in effect, so we wanted to keep that going. We have two dogs that we keep in the back yard during the day so we instructed Terminix to ALWAYS call before coming by so one of us could be there to bring the dogs in so as to avoid a liability issue in case one of the dogs injured the Terminix guy. We keep the gate to our back yard locked as well. Now, we kept receiving reports from Terminix saying that they had conducted their inspections while never receiving calls from them before hand, as we instructed. This means either they ignored our instructions and just jumped the fence into the back yard, willfully exposing us to unnecessary liability, or they LIED about checking the termite bates in the back yard. Either way, they have been fired in favor of Massey Services.
