+ 0 moreDavid Marsh is fantastic. Up front, he offered us the very best option of equipment for our climate, at the best price, and performed the work himself overseeing plumbing and electrical subs. The roof penetrations were sealed flawlessly and the solar panel, water heater, and all plumbing valves have been working perfectly without incidence for 5 years. I've done a lot of home improvements and Mr. Marsh is THE BEST CONTRACTOR I have ever hired in Tallahassee. He has generously given my advice by phone on additional solar upgrade options through the years since his installation.
Description of Work: David Marsh installed a solar water heating panel on our roof, connecting it to a new 80 gallon hot water tank in the basement with insulated pipes that circulate an antifreeze liquid that heats the water in the water tank. There is an electrical element backup and a circulating motor that required an electrical sub. The new water heater was in a new location so new, proper venting as well as coper cold and hot piping in and out were required. Shut off valves were installed in the new piping.

+ -1 moreOverall, the experience went poorly. They were surely and passive aggressive throughout the entire project. When he installed the panel on the roof, he tore out insulation which ended up costing me $1200 to replace. I would not recommend their services.
