Tadlock Roofing

My roof is two years old, and is leaking which caused mold. As we speak they are replacing the roof but keep evading the answer to the question as to, ‘when is the mold going to be remediated . ‘ I was assure that I would have confirmation about the mold remediation today and as of yet I still have received nothing. I’d like to also add that Tadlock roofing set up the appointment to replace the roof on the day that was chosen and neglected to set up an appointment for a mold remediation or to have anybody come address the problem inside my home. Learn from other peoples mistakes and think twice about Tadlock roofing this could happen to you too. Pictures are available on the city of Ormond Beach Public records, from the inspiration today.

I believe the roofing team performed quality work, which is the most important thing. I had a communication issue with the person who wrote the contract. Again, I feel that Luis and his team did a very good job, and cleaned up well afterwards.

Very well, everyone involved was very professional and knowledgeable, they did a wonderful job even in some really cold weather conditions. When the job was finished they cleaned so well you could not tell they had even been there and the roof looks great!

They whole process was good. I do have to say there was a delay in getting the metal roofing due to COVID but the company keep me informed on the progress. They completed my roof in two days and it looks fantastic. The best part when it rains I do not have to worry about leaks.

Way better than expected. They found the cause of the issue was storm related and I was able to have Insurance pay for the new roof. The staff was easy to work with and the installers worked harder than any team I have ever seen. 5 star operation.

We requested a quote and they were prompt and professional. The estimator checked the roof thoroughly and explained our options to us. The quote was competitive with other quotes we received. We agreed on a date for the work to be done. They ended up being able to start the job a day early. Our roof was in very bad condition and ended up needing a substantial amount of decking and support boards replaced. They provided pictures of the areas to document the work. Even with the amount of decking work required, they still completed the job in a about eight hours. They cleaned up the yard very well. Following the completion of the work, I used a magnet in the yard and only found four stray nails and very little other debris. Following the work, we did have a question on the billing and one of the supervisors called and was able to answer all of our questions and provided pictures of the work in question. They were very professional during the entire process. I would recommend them without reservation.
