Description of Work: Suncoast was outstanding! We had some flickering and dimming going on around the house, so called for an inspection based on experience from a family member had with Suncoast. The person on the phone was polite and knowledgeable, and provided what turned out to be a very accurate price estimate. | |The Tech was on time, even calling first to verify. He asked a number of questions when he arrived, taking in not only the relevant info he needed but I'm sure way too much unnecessary info from me. Based on this initial list of symptoms he discussed with me his suspected problems, and provided a plan- he was exactly right too- obviously experienced and recognized the problem right away! Just to be safe he did house inspection and then checked the service on panel, where he suspected the problem was. After verifying the issue and letting me know what he found, he corrected everything, even checking the outside panel we have to be sure everything they could touch (up to where the electric company takes over) was in good condition and safe. | |They were prompt, knowledgeable and the tech worked steady & efficiently the whole time while being sure I was aware of what he was finding and correcting. | |As a bonus review, they did work at my mom's place earlier in the day, and the same review would apply- outstanding company and will be the first we call the next time we need an electrician!
