I thought they were very good. I compare prices so they must have had a good price. They were very responsive. I think they are very punctual.

They did not clean behind furniture. I had to pull out five pieces of furniture that stay about one to three inches from wall. Lots of stuff behind and dirty.

He was early for the appointment, called to let me know he was at the job. I will definitely use him in the future for my personal needs and recommend his services to others.

Cleaning air ducts is usually unnecessary, but people had been living in my place (before I bought it) using the air conditioning without putting in air filters. My husband & I could not get rid of sinus problems. It was even worse than usually in Tallahassee. I could see junk in the duct in the living room after I took the grill off. Here in Tallahassee not very many companies clean air ducts, unlike Orlando where companies push anything. But I learned Stanley Steamer did the job I knew I'd like them. In another state sewage have overflowed all over the floors, even seaming into down stairs. Stanley did such a good job of cleaning up a bad mess I trusted them. Honestly I do not remember how much they charged nor the exact date they did the work. I wrote a review after they did the work. Quite some time later I discovered a place they had missed. They came & fixed that too. This was past the warranty time but they proved customers come first with these hard working men.

Stanley Steemer was able to come to my home within a day when I needed them, unlike some other cleaners. The carpets had some severe pet odor, which was not completely gone after their first visit. The cleaner returned promptly a second time at no extra cost and applied a second coat of the odor-removing enzymes which finished the job. We're happy.

It was a good service with pleasant workers. They were fast also.

Called them two times, several hours apart. The call went directly to music. No one ever answered or was voice mail available. Terrible business practice. I went elsewhere and got excellent service (SteamPro of Tallahassee).

I had the delivery guys get the owner on the phone. I explained what I was looking at, he was emphatic no bleach was used and that it was the cat urine that had discolored the rug, he had only used water. The cat urine was concentrated in 2 of the corners not the whole rug. He refused to take responsibility for the condition of the rug, saying it was the urine in the rug that caused the discoloration. NOTE: The carpet was in perfect color condition when it left my home. I asked why wouldn't his people at least warn the customers about possible discoloration that may occur in the cleaning process..he had no answer. He made no offer to help the situation. Exasperated, I finally just told him I was not paying for the cleaning and asked that his people leave my home. I would no longer use Stanley Steemer. I had previously used the company 2 or 3 times a year for the past 4 years. I believe they may have changed owners or at least management and not for the better.

I thought they were efficient. They were particularly thorough with the upholstery, and in addition to this cleaning they cleaned up the little pills that form under the surface of the upholstery. They were thorough and professional. I don't remember how many estimates I would have got on that but I thought I got what I paid for.

They were friendly and did a wonderful job. They worked efficiently and got everything very clean. The carpet in one of the rooms is white and looks like new now.

They were very professional about everything. They even moved by big jewelry box which was really heavy for cleaning. They even volunteered to move some heavy items if necessary but I told them not to. My rug had a spot on it due to something I did not even know about. They cleaned the rug perfectly. They did a good job with the overall cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was a high but they did a good job.

they showed up in good time, very professional, Pointed out the wear patterns in the carpet, sold me an extra treatment for one of the two rooms. I was totally comfortable with that and it definatly needed the extra help. Worked quickly and thoroughly to clean the carpets and waited for my approval before they considered the job done. Service was wonderful. I called at 10:30 Saturday morning and they were there @ 2:20 that afternoon! :o) It doesnt get better than that.

I have used them many times in the past. They were quick, efficient and did a good job. No complaints. They have the machinery, they come, they set up and then let it go. The carpets looks like new. I would use them again in the future.

I find Stanley Steemer to be very good. They are available, and they come and do their work quickly. They will also come back if you think they should redo an area. They are polite, and clean when they work. Everything is very clean when they leave. They charge different rates for rooms, and we have a large tiled area.

They arrived on time, They cleaned all the duct work and air returns. They cleaned up any dust and dirt left on the floor and were finished in about 2 hours.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I've found them to be prompt, and their prices are fair.

The customer service was good. They gave good advice on how to keep it clean. They did a very professional job cleaning the duct work and floors at the same time. I thought the price was a little high but the quality of work made up for that.

They were on time (earley), sent 2 people and did a great job. This is the 3rd time we used Stanley Steamer and will continue to use them. The price is good and they know what they are talking about.

Cleaned the carper in three rooms, including a stairway. The workers were so rushed (start to finish less than 30 minutes) we knew we were in trouble before they left. As soon as the carpet dried, which took very little time as there was very little cleaner applied, dirty spots appeared. We cleaned these spots ourselves and were able to remove the dirt, so we know the contractor could have done the same. Really all we got were a lot of promises with very little results.
