+ -1 moreSpencer explained how they would proceed and the time it would take. Everything went as contracted. Spencer offered advice on colors when asked and left the job clean daily. No "drips, runs, errors".
Description of Work: Painted all rooms and closets-3 BDR - 2 BR vaulted ceilings 4 color changes---no ceilings--price included all paint -- Porter Paints. We installed new hard wood flooring and Spencer agreed to work with the flooring contractor and return to paint the baseboards and the new 1/4 round molding that was installed. When painting was completed the punch list was a caulk line in the kitchen needed painted to match the wall and one outside corner needed finer detailing.
