Would strongly not recommend this company. The owner bought a piece of equipment from me then stop payment on the check. When he finally brought the equipment back because it wasn’t paid for it was heavily damaged. Which he didn’t pay for any of. Very unprofessional company to deal with.

They did a good job. Chad assisted me with working through the insurance company. They came very quickly and were very professional. They were pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Chad was great. He worked with me step by step. He ran everything by me and there were never any surprises. He sent me pictures and gave me updates of the work in progress. He was honest and straight forward with me about the options during the repairs. He went above and beyond working with the tenant to try and address their needs. In the end the work was great. The house has all new floors and carpet. I would definitely recommend SRT to anyone.

He was very timely and professional. He spent lots of time with me answering all my questions. I felt like he had my best interest at heart.

They tried to help diagnose the problem as well. I would recommend them for sure -- they helped me right away when I really needed it.

Our washing machine "hose bib" cracked and sprayed water all over the utility room, including two interior walls. After plumbers fixed the leak, they referred us to SRT. Chad came out within two hours and started drying out the house. Fans and dehumidifier ran for three days, at the end there was zero moisture remaining. Carpet was saved. Chad also referred us to a plasterer for drywall replacement and repair. Overall excellent experience, given the circumstances!
