Soft Wash - Mitch Allard

Description of Work: Partially pressure washed house and drive. Discussed previous to appointment to clean outside of house, that our garden was going to be on a tour of gardens and that we did not want bleach used on our house because it would kill the plants. We know this as we have had our plants killed previously by another company even when using a diluted bleach solution. This provider said that he used a chlorine solution that would not hurt the plants. I said chlorine is bleach. Provider said that he would look for another product to use. A few weeks later at the time of the appointment to wash our house, my husband was home when the provider began his cleaning. I pulled in driveway about 20 minutes after he started and could smell the bleach. I asked him to stop but damage was done. I paid him a reduced amount and he left.
