Not well! I asked for an estimate and never was able to get the same verbal estimates and was not able to get written estimates. When the pair came to do the work, the verbal estimates changed and I ended up paying for work that was NOT done based on promises - I later got texts saying they had ordered kitchen countertops which i had not authorized- I had only asked for a labor estimate. Never got the estimate. I did not get one of the faucets installed because I had purchased the wrong one - BUT I PAID for instlalation anyway! I did not get the vinyl repair that i aksed for - I got another long story about special ordering - not what i asked for. I wanted a piece of vinyl taken from a place that would not show (behind shrubbery )- to put wher the small damaged piece it located- and any color of scrap vinyl to put behind the shrubbery. i asked for a kitchen counter estimate and did not get it but was later told it was" on order" ! I only wanted a labor estimate- I told the guy that i had priced my countertops at Home Depot. Then I could not get a written invoice- I aksed several times as they prepared to go- and finally he asked me for a piece of paper and he scribbled a bill that added up to the amouint that I said was my limit of money for total repairs. But the repairs were not done! Only two small faucets were replaced which took about 40 miinutes; and one light fixture was replaced. The one guy doing the work quoted me $40.00 for the light and the other who is the boss, said $45.00. I paid a total of $250.00 for these things - less than one hour at this work! YES!! I am stupid but at 82 and the men seemed nice - I trusted them. By the time I had paid too much for less than an hour of labor - it was too late. I realized I was scammed. NOT GOOD. They are not responding but begged me not to give a poor review. Good grief! Very slippery pricing and not businesslike to give nothing in writing.
