They do basically anything as far as I can tell. They are best accessed by an online website, which is www.servicesunlimited.com. I think they are really designed to help out landlords who have rental properties, so they also deal with the property owners. They actually do just about anything from A to Z. I don’t know anything about the prices having shifted here from New York, but everything else in the category is the top for them. I would absolutely work with them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Services Unlimited 3 weeks ago for handymen type of work. They built handrails for my stairs, hung blinds for me, painted the inside and outside of my house, and replaced rotted fascia board.

Overall, the sales and negotiation went smoothly. I ended up liking the warranty, which is why I ended up buying from them in the first place, even though I probably would buy a new used unit from CL instead or repurchasing from this vendor. The installation process was another story. I was promised a weekend install, but the installer did not show up to work over the weekend, and the salesman (who was very apologetic) believed it was a company-wide communication error. So I did not get my appliance the next day. I scheduled an appointment 4 days later for the afternoon though the sales guy. On the day of delivery, I received a call from the HQ asking what time I would like my appliance delivered. I scheduled a 3pm time frame. At 11AM, I get a call from the delivery driver, saying he's on my road and ready to deliver (he left a message). I called him back, and told him to reschedule until my appt. time at 3pm. He apologized and returned when requested. The delivery/installer was courteous, only one person showed up (as I expected), though his methods lack professionalism. My appliance arrived on an open trailer, attached to an unmarked pickup truck. It was strapped down with a single strap, uncovered, and was touching up against another appliance on the truck (possibly resulting in scratches on either item). It was dirty from road grime before it was even installed. The installer was obviously in a hurry and struggled with the item slamming it into doors, stairs, and walls; but not in an angry manner. He rushed the old dryer out to his trailer, (which, BTW, looked better than the new dryer on the outside). After installation, there was no paperwork to sign confirming delivery. In the long run, it is just a dryer and it does dry better than my old one by a long shot! Update: I had this unit repaired already (2 months after initial installation). Apparently, the dents on the outside of my dryer DID make a difference and the internal exhaust vent was damaged resulting in exhaust fumes entering my house instead of going outside. I don't know if the unit was like this when I bought it or if it was damaged during installation. Finding the repair took 45 minutes, with the installer almost giving up. Repairing it took less than 5 minutes, and he had the tools/equipment on his truck (an official logo'd truck).
Description of Work: This company, which is located on the corner of Blountstown Hwy and Tennessee St in a run-down, shared house with the name "Appliances" on the side of the building, sells rebuilt appliances. The mostly large appliances and shown thoughout several rooms, in what used to be a small house. It is very crowded and smells. There is one person on site, the salesman. Several appliances are moved outside (in my case it was drizzling that day) to allow more space inside, however it did not seem that the appliances were brought in (or even cared for) during this rainy day. Pros: - The one person on site was very pleasant. He was considerate and spoke well. - He knows how to use Craigslist. - They are willing to negotiate. - They have a great warranty period (and extended warranty, if you buy those). - Old appliance removal (though they are probably fixed and resold). Cons: - They know how to use Craigslist and overwhelms the site with general ads instead of detailed information about each item they have in stock. - The items that I saw seemed to be overpriced. Some of them were over 5 years old, and many of the washer/dryer/microwaves were over 10 years old. This makes a big difference in energy efficiency, as the older the appliance the more energy it tends to use. - In comparing prices though Craigslist, it was cheaper for me to visit a house and purchase someone's 2 year old, wrong color, non-dented, working fine (ability to test it), appliance, as opposed to their higher (sometimes doubled prices, for an older, "repaired," dented or rusted, unit). - Installation was sub-par, and the installer arrived way early, even though I confirmed earlier in the day the time he was supposed to be there. - The condition of the appliances varied. It seems that some of these items may have been used heavily. The washer/dryer in my case was dented pretty badly, repainted with non-matching paint, and had some pretty bad rust spots on the side and bottom. I was able to negotiate an OK price for my unit that was outside on display and was over 7 years old.
