 + -1 moreI needed a four-point inspection for insurance on an older home and Ron fit me into his schedule right away. He identified some work that needed to be done and was absolutely great at following up and scheduling a re-inspection in a tight timeframe so I could get insurance in time. He was professional & helpful and I really appreciated that he took the time to talk with me & explain what needed to be done. Highly recommend!!

 + -1 moreWas able to get an appointment for the inspection within 3 days and was very prompt at responding to my need (fast turn around and get a report as quickly as possible). Ron was on time and was very professional. Also he gave me some advices for some items which needed my attention! I highly recommend Ron!
Description of Work: Did a 4 pt inspection for a duplex (1950 sq ft total, on two levels with an additional garage). Took about 1hr to 1hr 30 mins.
