Still have problems with renovations

I requested a quote from this business and spoke with the lady in charge and she said her "guy" would been at our home between 1-2 o'clock. So, we waited till 3:30 o'clock and no guy. When I tried to call there was no answer. I texted her and no response. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSSINESS!!!!!!!!

I am very satisfied. He was clean, courteous and provided good business. All round good experience working with him. He was honest and provided an excellent work. I would recommend him to anyone.

They did a great job, affordable, did it in a timely manner, and good communication.

I enjoy it every day. Thank you. They remodeled 2.5 bathrooms. Best Construction process were able to install all the materials bought, saved pieces that I wanted and perfectly match the style. I saved money on the glass, doors and mirrors. Items in my home were covered during the remodeling, so we didn't have much dust.

It was good. They were flexible with their time.

They were excellent and good, there were professional, on time, courtesy, and responsible.

Mr. Ivan Reyes, the Owner, failed the installation of new tub. During the installation we've got a strong water leakage on the kitchen's celling (right beneath the bathtub). We found out that Mr. Reyes does not have a plumbing license. However, all pluming work he did by himself!. Since Mr. Reyes misrepresented himself I cancel the contract. I hired Capital Plumbing Contractors to installed the bathtub. They told me that the installation made by Mr. Reyes was completely wrong. In particular, Mr. Reyes did not know that the bathtub requires overflow protection device. He finished his installation without it! Capital Plumbing Contractors removed/ replaced the installation made by Mr. Reyes. I've paid $1400 in advance (50% of total amount). I requested a partial refund. But never got it. It became very difficult to reach Mr. Reyes after he got an advance payment. So, think twice about advance payment dealing with Mr. Reyes. I'll never recommend R Solution to others to do projects required plumbing work. They do not have license and experience.

He would never show up when he said he would and he would not answer his phone or return texts. My husband and I had conversations with him and he made promises to do better and told us that he knew his behavior was neither professional or acceptable, however nothing changed. His work was also unacceptable. He installed unfinished cabinets on the bottom and then used a roller to paint them, when I told him that wasn't acceptable his workers took them outside on our deck in cold weather and sprayed them. They ended up with tree debris on the cabinet doors and paint all over our deck. The top cabinets that he installed didn't match the lower and weren't even wood. The plumbing work wasn't done properly and flooded the newly installed floor and the plumbing under the cabinet was left open so that the line was a direct flow to the septic. The wall that he was paid out of pocket up front to remove was never finished and was completely a mess. He ruined the glass tile backsplash that we purchased for him to install and we have had to repurchase the tiles again so that they can be redone. I have attached pictures of the mess that he made of our home on another site and have reported him to the BBB. I wish that this site allowed me to attach the photos here unfortunately that is not an option here. BEWARE OF R SOLUTION in Tallahassee or Orlando. Second: They are terrible. I wanted to add to my review and couldn't attach all of the photos. He also moved and stored my property in his storage behind his office and destroyed and made a mess of all of our property. I also want to add that JMA Flooring who gave a good review for R Solution is Ivan of R Solutions sister and brother in law who also did unsatisfactory work for us. Their work was initially good but after the fact some of the issues in workmanship have been found.

Ivan Reyes the owner of R Solution was contracted to redo our deck and add a roof. 50% deposit was given in October 2020. Only 10% of the job is completed and is now not returning our phone calls and will not finish the job.

R Solutions did a fabulous job on painting my interior trim work and doors. They were on time, efficient, kind, and Courteous. Their work was professional and skilled. They completed the job on time and I love the final product! They were very reasonably priced as well. Very satisfied! Thank you!!

Everything was done well

Ivan and his crew did great work and I am completely satisfied and also happy to recommend R Solution to anyone. He started off doing my interior, he had a great price compared to other quotes, and his crew did such a good job we asked him to follow up with the exterior. We also plan on having him do some carpentry work, too. He is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied, and he is also very personable.

It was very good. Ivan was a good guy. He was easy to work with. The tile and the counter top was wonderful. I was happy with the people he brought in. The workers were good as well.

They did a good job and did a beautiful painting job inside the house. Didn't leave any mess on the floor and everything was nice and clean inside and out. Good people and did an excellent job.
