They all look brand new! I could not believe the couch came clean! A National cleaner charged twice as much & didn’t get it cleaned years ago before it was near as dirty. The same with the carpets. The men were friendly & professional. I’d never had tile cleaned but I’m glad I did and would recommend Quality for all your needs!

It was an amazing job. I was so surprised in the before and after! Who knew my brown tile could be while again. Same goes for my carpet and chairs. The tech was here for 4 hours taking his time and thoroughly cleaning my carpet, tile and furniture. Quality Carpet Care is the best in the business, family owned and operated so you know you aren’t getting some minimum wages paid employee that doesn’t care, the owner himself takes pride in cleaning and meeting all of us(clients). I was also provided with the owners direct cell number Incase there was issues, they could be resolved right away, which was not needed I must add. I’d refer Quality Carpet Care to anyone I know and wouldn’t worry a bit about if they’d be satisfied or not!

We received one quote for all the requested work, and didn't have to worry about add-on costs. Robert and his crew did a terrific job. Carpet and tile/grout are fresh and clean. They took their time and were here about two hours. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and pleasant. The carpet was dry in just a few hours, as promised. We will definitely call them again.

As usual, it went great! I have used Quality Carpet Care for about 20 years. I am very picky and they are the ONLY carpet cleaning service that I will use. It is a family owned, father/son business. Quality Carpet Care takes pride in their work and always performs quality service. In addition, they are courteous, kind, honest, and professional. I have had some emergency carpet situations, and they have always come to the rescue. I do not hesitate recommending them for carpet and tile cleaning services. They are hands down the absolute best in town!!!

Great. Professional and on time.

Robert did an excellent job cleaning my carpet throughout the whole house. Our carpet is old, and even though it was cleaned in December by another provider, it was quite dirty with 5+ people and a dog living here. Robert even adjusted the fan speed and cleaned in corners and moved floor lamps, which usually isn't done by others. He turned off the lights, which also has not been done by others. The carpet was dry enough to walk on within a few hours and it truly looked better than ever. He took his time, too. He arrived at 11:30am and didn't leave until around 1:30pm. Other providers I've used are done within an hour or less, and they have left the carpet too wet. I will definitely use Quality Carpet Care in the future and I will recommend them highly.

Robert Bradford, owner came over to clean the carpets. He is very friendly, on time and works in a timely manner. Amazing services! The Carpet looked brand new! I would recommend Quality Carpet to anyone! We have used them about 4 times over the last 5 years and always get the best quality service!

He came in and sprayed my carpets with cleaner. Then he brought his hoses and vacuum in and started. He didn't rush through every room and got any old stains. I have a Bissell carpet shampooer and my floors have not looked this good in years.

Robert was punctual and very thorough. He takes his time and does a great job.

The work done was excellent and fast. He took the time to set the fans and room temperature. No other service ever took the time to do that. This carpet dried faster than any other carpet cleaning I have had previously had done. I would highly recommend this service.

Quality Carpet Care is the only carpet service provider that I've used. They are professional, thorough, and personable. And my carpet is clean when they are done. They are a local family-owned business which I prefer to patronize.

When I bought my home about 15 years ago, my Realtor recommended Quality Carpet Care. I have used this provider many times in the past, and Mr. Neal Bradford and his son do an excellent job and are very professional. They are the only carpet cleaning provider I have used in my home. They are thorough, quick, and personable. Most importantly, my carpet is clean and almost looks brand new! The last time I used them, it was a spur of the moment thing, and they were able to work me into their schedule on short notice. I would not use any other provider, will gladly use them again, and refer business to them. I highly recommend this provider's services.
