Premier Pools

Premier Pools (PremierPoolsTallahassee.com) I recommend Premier highly. Chad (the owner) and Stephen (his foreman and all-purpose hands-on expert) did a truly excellent job. I got a competitively priced job that included more robust construction than other companies would deliver for the same price.* I got excellent design work (with some ?on-the-fly? adjustments not charged as change orders) resulting in a strikingly beautiful pool/spillover spa, screen enclosure and textured-concrete deck. Chad and Stephen pay attention to detail, promptly return phone calls and have competent, easy-to-work-with staff. The job took longer than Chad estimated but most of the delays were weather- or materials-related. In fairness, he had explained to me in advance that he sometimes finishes jobs late because of factors beyond his control (materials delivery, mainly) and his personal policies such as pulling crews during bad weather. I had an issue about sloppiness with one of the sub-contractors but Premier's own people promptly straightened everything out. (Chad told me he won't use that particular sub in the future.) All code inspections were passed on the first visit. One inspector volunteered that I was getting an ?overbuilt? pool ? thicker concrete and more steel reinforcement than required, etc. ------------- *One competitively-priced bid would have given me a 2nd tier equipment/automation package. Premier's price included top-of-the-line everything.
