PREMIER CONSTRUCTION & DVLPMNT

As of March 2010- Jason has taken the ring and has made the promises of Premier come through. I amy never purchase another Premier home unless Jason was there to over see it. I still can't stand to even hear the name "John". Honestly feel violent towards the jerk. I do love our home and we are happy with it and hope they continue to live up to their words. It was a rough start and the process was long. My main issue was the sub-contractors and the general contractor(John). They are not professional and they treat you like s***. I had to tell the GC he was never allowed on my property. The "professional painter" didn't tape off the work so the paint is all over the place and not clean cut lines. It is great to see all these "professionals of decades" to have reach fair reviews. Now- who saved this entire deal even after the owner makes a smart a** mark "well I can build you a perfect house, you just can't afford it", that would be Christina. She did everything to keep us in the house and poor thing is putting out fires these idiots are doing. They have resorted to cheaper labor and in return their product is not as good as it once was. Overall, as long as CHristina is able to fix everything in the end, it will be a happy home for you. Just ignore everyone else, they will only cause you stress. It didn't help that our realator thought she was an expert in plumbing and construction herself. No worries, I got her mark on Keller Williams with a poor review. Finally- get a great realator and only speak to Christina and yes you will end up with the home of your dreams. It is only because of Christina that we stayed with the home when we were prepared to walk three times. I thank her, because my property value has gone up $1500 since we first had it appraised a few months ago.
