Peter gave an estimate on the spot when he came to measure, scheduled a crew to come install quickly, and the installers came the day they were expected. the floor was installed very well and I am very happy with the results. There were some extra charges such as the cost to level part of the slab. This cost was not anticipated as it was covered by the carpet. I am very satisfied with the result.

He assessed my problem which was related to my AC ducts under the house. He traveled from his office to my house which was approximately 20 miles. He was professional and honest. The best part was he did not charge me a cent!

Peter responded to my inquiries very quickly. I chose the laminate I wanted and it was ordered and received the same week. The next week the guys were here to install. They were punctual and friendly. It took 2 days to complete. There was a bit of noise, but that's to be expected. The quality of work was good. I would recommend Peter Wood Flooring and would use them again. I prefer to give my business to local companies. I was not disappointed. Thanks!

They did a great job, even though the bamboo floor was not the best quality, some boards were slightly wider than others. They try hard to make them all fit and not to show any creases. It looks really great.

Peter's work is excellent. He's very dependable, and I am very confident when he does something it will be done right and within budget. When he has other people working on the project he is careful to oversee the work. Overall, he's one of the most competent and easiest people I deal with. A+.

The estimate is a little high so I have not used Peter Wood Flooring yet but I was happy with how he performed the estimate. I still may end up using them.

I thought it was a good service and I felt like they did a good job for the price. The floors are beautiful. I would recommend them. I think they were professional but also cheaper than some of the larger companies.

Peter was willing to do the job even though I hadn't purchased the flooring from him (actually I didn't know he also sold flooring). We are very pleased and would definitely use him again

Wanted wood in the kitchen. Peter Wood gave us a reasonable estimate, and appeared the most professional. After deliberation, we decided on tile instead, and they did a great job. Very thoughtful and comprehensive service, including changing our refrigerator water feed. He also repaired a wooden door sill transition that was badly damaged. We will use him again for any flooring or wood repair.

The job was performed as advertised except that Mr. Wood miscalculated how much material would be required and had to delay completion until additional material could be delivered. His first quote should have been what we paid, not the additional amount because of his error. We would use him again with that understanding. We had no issue with his actual workmanship.

We had a problem with a water leak that damaged the subflooring in our laundry room in our mobile home. We also wanted to replace the linoleum with wood flooring in the kitchen, dining room and laundry room areas. A friend of ours had recently put in wood flooring and they recommended Peter Wood Flooring Co. and I am so glad they did. We called Peter on New Years Eve to see when he might be available and he came out the next day to give us an estimate! On Monday, 1/2/12 we went to his showroom to arrange for the repairs and to pick out our new floor. Peter was very patient in explaining all of the different types of flooring that were available. It took us a while but we finally came to a decision on what we wanted. He suggested that we take a sample home to see how it would look which was great. While we were there we made arrangements for the repairs to the subflooring. On Thursday 1/5/12 Josh Huber with Huber Construction came out to fix our floor. After he started working on it he discovered that it wasn't a water leak that damaged the floor, it was termites. The reason we had termites was because our A/C unit was not draining properly. Josh had to purchase additional materials to repair the damaged wood and he fixed the A/C problem. He is very knowledgable and he did a great job! Our new wood flooring was installed today 1/9/12, and I absolutely love it!. Peter and his assistant Adam are very professional, courteous and efficient. They really know what they are doing and they don't waste any time while they are working. They did a wonderful job and they had the whole thing finished in about 6 hours.
