Paul Davis Restoration was assigned to me by my insurance company. Once the initial plumbing issue was corrected, I contacted them to schedule a visit for the purpose of assessment and estimates. They called me 20 minutes before my scheduled visit to cancel. Not just reschedule the appointment, they completely canceled and stated that due to a recent storm in our area they had taken on too much other work and would be unable to complete my home renovations. Since I was technically already their client, I found this course of action to be totally unprofessional. It appears they wanted to take jobs that would be completed quickly in order to maximize their profits. In the meantime, this left me with a home that was becoming unhabitable with 2 teenagers and an infant. They also refused to recommend another company who might assist me because that would be "naming their competition." Since they no longer wanted the job, competition was no longer an issue but they still refused. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend working with them.
Description of Work: -Completely remove and replace all current subflooring and floor coverings in MOBILE HOME -Detachment and resetting of all fixtures, cabinets, showers, tubs, toilets, etc. in order to replace flooring underneath all -Replace damaged insulation under home -Replace damaged moisture barrier under home -Current subfloor is OSB, want replaced with plywood -Current floor covering is mixture of sheet vinyl and vinyl plank, would like all vinyl plank -Approximately 1900 sq. ft. of flooring
