Inspection was extremely specific, he did an extremely thorough inspection and cleaning. We currently reside out of state and he met my real estate broker on the premises, being I wasn't there and there were a few issues he spent well over a half an hour later that evening on the phone with me explaining the entire procedure and every little thing he found, along with the numerous pictures showing inspection issues, he provided recommendations and promptly responded via email with an estimate for the said repairs that were needed. We most definitely intend to use him for our repairs once we are settled into our new home! He was a pleasure to deal with in every respect and I would highly recommend him!!

It went very well. You can tell Luke cares about the work he does and whom he's doing it for. He asked a lot of questions and provided background information about the type of fireplace that I had. He answered all my questions in great detail and was very conscientious about keeping my home clean from the soot and equipment. He even asked if I had fire extinguishers in my home. He checked it and gave me some advice on how to ensure it stays ready for when I need to use it. Great customer service!

Luke was prompt, courteous, personable, professional, and thorough. The fireplace hadn't been cleaned in three years and had some buildup. Luke carefully covered all the area around the firebox, completely cleaned the interior and chimney, then carefully used his computerized camera to inspect all of the fireplace and chimney up to the cap. It was a top-notch job. He spent time answering all of our questions, showed us the photos as he inspected and explained what we saw, and then gave useful advice. The initial inspection took about two hours, and everything was completely neat and clean when he finished. He summed everything up with a report including findings and photos, which he emailed.
