I regret that I called this business the resolve a small plumbing issue. They are incredibly deceiving and try to get as much money as they can. I recommend you try any other plumber that you can see in the phone book or internet.

Service was prompt, quick and problem was completely resolved. Technician provided suggestions for preventing future problems. Professional and personable service.

I always have been pleased with the terrific service and Sheila (Office Manager) and the plumbers are all wonderful to work with. Thank goodness I found them many years ago.

Called their office about 4:30pm. The plumber arrive shortly after 5pm. He located the leak dug down to it and repaired it. Most of the time he was working in the cold and dark. There was no after hour fee involved.

Beware of this company. They will try to sell you thousands of dollars worth of services that aren't necessary at highly inflated prices. Cleared a sewer line for $250, but wouldn't get the stick out that was obstructing the line. Wanted to replace the entire line from the house to the street for about $5000 instead. The stick was straight down a pipe. After the tech left, I tied a fish hook to a string and retrieved the stick within 5 minutes.

The young man who did the work was professional. The company, Mr. Rooter, is EXTREMELY expensive. These are the standard charges as noted on their statement: Replace utility sink $413.34 Install utility sink drainage $125.44 Replace kitchen faucet $260.47 PLUS a fuel surcharge of $10.00 I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!

The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He did exactly what he said he would do and careful to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The one year warranty on the work and materials was reassuring. So far, there have been no problems.

After a horrible experience with another provider we called Mr. Rooter to see when they would be able to come out to do a dishwasher installation. The staff member who answered the phone was quite friendly, sympathetic, and very professional. We were able to get the service scheduled for the next day. The service professional was very competent and also very personable. He explained what he was doing and gave a couple of options to resolve the issue. He had to leave to get a part, but was back promptly and completed the installation without any problems. The price of the installation was higher than the first provider, but that provider is booked through an appliance store and probably does the work for a discount to get the business. This was definitely a case of getting what you pay for. I have used Mr. Rooter before, and have always been pleased with their service.

I give Mr. Rooter no stars. They brag about not charging to come to your home then they charge outrageous prices which actually doubles (or more) the price of the job. To replace one bolt and one washer, a ten minute job for me before I became disabled, they tried to charge me $200. I know exactly how to repair it myself, but they tried to take advantage of the situation. They said they had a "kit" and had to replace all the parts in the kit, even though they were functioning perfectly and needed no replacement. DO NOT USE MR. Rooter

I remain impressed by the service and prices from Mr Rooter. They respond quickly and one of my favorite things about them is that they come to your house and give you a quote of what it will cost BEFORE they begin work. If you don't like the price, then you are free to have somebody else come over who will charge you for an hour's work even if you don't have them do anything. They are professional and polite and will even talk to you about what they are doing while they do the job. On this particular job, they had to return after the weekend to finish because the granite countertop installers didn't finish their job on that Friday. I didn't get charged extra and they worked around my schedule. I couldn't have asked for better service!

I have used them for many years and they are excellent. They are very reliable, on time, quick to respond, and their prices are very good. They back up their work and I would highly recommend them.
