 + -1 moreIt didn't. I contacted him through Facebook and after asking a few questions, he disappeared. I guess he only services certain people and nicer neighborhoods. At least that's the vibe I got. Will never try to contact him again.

 + -1 moreMr. Mailbox had good communication upfront, but once into the project,, his communication was "too little-too late". Did not follow agreed on plan, excuses...excuses simply w/o merit. Overall, felt his level of honesty fell 'short'.

 + 0 moreMy son backed into a mail box and knocked it over. I called Chris and he had the mail box repaired the same day. He was helpful to the homeowner and could not have been more professional. Hopefully, i never need another mail box repair, but would use Chris again without hesitation.
