He listened to me and told me what I wanted to hear and then he did something different. I forced him to put water and he was convinced that it was a new kind of concrete and didn’t need water, but I stopped the job and demanded that it needed water so he did that. He wrapped the concrete where he could. He was good laying it on the 3rd day. It didn’t come out real nice. It’s a rough driveway and it’s kind of what it was. Then we got into a problem where I paid him off, but I got slapped with a lean by the concrete company because he didn’t pay his concrete bill. We were round and round on that one. It turned out that he hadn’t paid an old bill and the concrete company credited my money towards his outstanding bill. It made my billing a period like it was insufficient. He got it straight, but it took more than a dozen phone calls of me aggravating and threatening him. I would never use him again and I would not recommend him.

Mister Concrete is owned by Bo Isbell. The company goes by both names. The owner said he was an expert at doing it and in actuality he knew nothing about it. I paid them for the job. My grade for responsiveness is F; he never returned calls. Never in my lifetime will I hire this company again. If you post my audio recording warn people that he is a con man and does not show up on the job. He asks for prepayment and then bounces checks to his suppliers. As a result I have a lien on my house because he never paid his suppliers. People need to know this because most people don't know that a supplier can put a lien on your house if your contractor doesn't pay his bill.
Description of Work: Mister Concrete was supposed to repair and replace 50 feet of my concrete driveway, which is exposed aggregrate concrete, not just regular white concrete.
