They came out 3 times and the problem is still not fixed. They also charged me all 3 times which is ridiculous since the problem has never been fixed. I will never use again.

Bathroom faucet was changed out. and there was and issue with installation due to new fixture, but Plumber thought it through and made necessary adjustment to my satisfaction.

They showed up on time and fixed my critical problem immediately and returned the next day to replace the old corroded stack pipe. They were prompt, polite and clean.

Made an appointment early in the week for Friday. They even had me send a picture of our fixture. No one showed for the appointment. I called and was told we were not in the system, though they remembered talking with me and my street. No apology, no offer to reschedule (which I wouldn't have done, anyway), nothing. Just a thank you to terminate the phone call. I now see that I am not the only one with this experience.

Did not go . 1st appointment cancelled due to them not showing at time planned and they did not bother to call to let me know they were behind. I had to call them to reschedule for a week later. On day of appointment I had not heard by9:00 AM on the status so I called. I was originally told I would be the first appointment for the day. Called to check on status and discovered they had emergencies so there was no way to know what time they could be here. I cannot afford to miss work to wait for people I will be paying $95 per hour. If they had been professional enough to call to let me know what was going on then I would have rescheduled but they did not even show that courtesy.

All installs went great but they could not fix my leaking toilet. I have never had a plumber that couldn't fix a leaking toilet They said that they didn't make the right gasket for my older toilet and that I should just buy a new toilet. The toilet was not cracked and it is only leaking at the bowl to tank gasket. I was very disappointed.

Adam worked diligently to remove obstacles ifrom the drain ... very courteous and careful not to damage any of the surrounding area as the work area was quite small . Great cleanup skills

"Tech" entered house with muddy boots and left most of it in house and shower. Played with shower while I told him what I correctly diagnosed was the problem.Spent 1 1/2 hrs. to tell me what I already knew @90 dollars an hour, said he would order needed parts which were warranty items.I waited almost a week before calling his brothers' (owner) office and the woman who answered knew nothing about parts to complete job. Several minutes passed and the "Tech" called me to say he was on vacation. I practically begged him to get some one who could finish the work since my wife is disabled and could not use the other shower since her chair did

(Wednesday January 18th) Called and made an appointment 7 days (January 11th) exactly in advance for someone to come out and provide an estimated of the work to be done. Called this morning two (2) times to verify the gentleman was coming today. The lady said he would be there for sure before 2 PM. At 20 minutes till 5 PM, I called Mike Seeder's Plumbing office and the lady who answered the phone did not know what to say. She suggested I call the gentleman who was supposed to come out, I told her I would let her communicate with him. The gentleman called me at 10 minutes till 5 PM apologizing saying he was having to work with some of this people in the field because of being short handed. I explained to him I had been waiting on him all day long so I could go over the level of work to be done plus I had made the appointment 7 days in advance. I also explained to him that when I make an appointment I make every effort to keep that appointment or call and let someone know that I will not be able to keep it in advance before I am due there.. He said he could come tomorrow afternoon. I explained to him I had already called another Plumbing Company that would be showing up at 3 PM tomorrow (January 19th) to go over the job and provide an estimate.

Called when I got a call from the utility company regarding a water leak. I had an outside faucet/spigot that was leaking. When I called for an estimate they were professional and answered all my questions. I let Mike know that I would not be home most of the day so the repair would probably have to wait until the next day. He offered to come fix it the same day and since it was outside I wouldn't have to be there. (An answer to my prayers). Within 3 hours of calling for an estimate my leak was fixed. Great customer service, great price and great job. I will be hiring them soon to replace some toilets in my home use.

They were excellent! We attempted to install the set ourselves, thinking it would be a quick DIY deal, but when we opened up the wall behind the existing shower valve, we realized it was much more detailed than that. I immediately called Mike Seeders Plumbing (found on Angie's List with good reviews). I was expecting to leave a message since it was 6:30PM, but instead a very nice woman answered my call and discussed the issue we were having. She gave me pricing and clarified what we most likely needed done and scheduled someone to come out the next day. The gentlemen came out and were very friendly and timely and did a great job. I'm very glad to have hired someone for the installation; it was definitely worth it.

I called them to fix my clogged washing machine. I spoke with 3 different people and told each of them that my washing machine was clogged. They sent out a plumber who immediately told me that this was not a service they offered upon seeing the washing machine. I asked him to attempt to fix it. He verified that the house drain wasn't clogged and then charged me the $90.00 service fee. The machine was still clogged and I had to contact another service provider who fixed it the next day.

Called and explained an issue we were having with plumbing in all bathroom areas of our house and an apparent clog in our garbage disposal. The bathroom clog is the worse as it clogs the toilets, shower and sink drains and attempting to clear one results in the others spitting out water as you pump it. Never a great start when the technician shows up more than 30 mins late then says it is going to be a "good" day when he has to start with a clogged disposal. Proceeds to look at garbage disposal and says that as long as the blades are spinning it is fine and it is probably just a small disposal so we will need to put less in it next time before running it. Didn't look down the drain or anything, just that explanation and moved on to bathroom. Starts the process for clearing the clog in the main bathroom line. After a while, says he thinks he got it (big clump of hair). That will be $160 and have a nice day. Fast forward three weeks later. Garbage disposal still gets clogged at least once a week (sometimes with just a leaf of lettuce being chopped up in it), and now our main bathroom line is clogged again, perhaps even worse than it was before. They never suggested that the clog in the bathroom could actually be related to garbage disposal clog, which I am now hearing it might be based on calls to other companies. So, summing up, I will not be using this company again and I will not be recommending them to anyone I know. I am sure they are good people, but they seemed more interested in collecting a check for their services then actually diagnosing the real problem and helping us solve it.

Reasonably priced and completed in timely manner.

The plumber was courteous and honest. He fixed a tricky leaking problem affecting our 1940s vintage bathtub. He checked out some other plumbing issues as well.

The service person came and tried to find the reason for leak and poor flushing mechanism. He recommended that we go for a new toilet. It made sense. The water tank had a crack in it which he showed to me. He then went to their warehouse and got a new toilet and replaced the old one in a short amount of time. I was amazed at the prompt service he provided. He seemed very good at his profession. The new toilet has solved the problem we had for the most part.

It was after hours. It was perfect and everything works well. They showed up on time and I was very happy with them.

It went really well! They were able to replace the part during my lunch break. The repair guys were very professional and just all around nice guys. I would recommend this company for their great service.

Very good job of getting in and getting it done. He even discovered other issues that he took care of as well. Price was very fair.

On Thursday, March 19, I called the company and spoke to a very nice lady named Alex who said they would try to get someone out here that morning. I told her that I picked out a hot water heater at a local store and she said they would pick it up. I received a call later saying they would be out soon. Charlie and Chris arrived a few minutes before noon and were done by 1:30 PM. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions while working. That evening I took my shower and the water was warm. I called the next day to see if Mike or Jason could come out and see if it was hooked up properly and explain to me why I had to have a section cut out of the wall behind the heater. My old water heater had all the connections on top and the new heater had the release valve on the side. When Jason came over, he explained that in order to keep up to code the hole had to be cut to the height of the release valve. He also changed my temperature setting even though it said it was set to 120 by the factory. The highest reading I could get with two different thermometers was 100. My next shower was fine and my thermometers measured 108. I am very pleased with the installation and appreciate Jason taking the time to check my hot water heater and explain things to me. I will use Seeders again in the future. Just two suggestions, have some towels nearby if necessary and if you are not sure about hot water heaters, have Jason or Mike come out to see your situation and discuss hot water heaters before purchasing one.

Our water heater stopped working on Saturday March 14th, I called Mike Seeders Plumbing on Monday March 16th and they arrived same day around lunch time. They gave me the estimates to either repair the 7 year old water heater or replace it and I decided to replace it. Both men were very professional and polite and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I will definitely call this company again first when needed.

Great. Had to replace valves and faucet works fine. Jeremy came promptly, took care of our job, and charged us fairly. Because of this good service, we will call Mike Seeders Plumbing first in the future when we have a need for a plumber.

we are DIYers. They gave good advice for fireplace, came within days of my calling for running gas line and performing pre-inspection work and came within a couple of days post-inspection to complete and test. Got three quotes - their's was the best and they knew the details of needing an inspection. we installed new kitchen and they connected new sink after stone installation. A bit tricky so they had three guys on it but didn't stop until it was done and working with no problem. staff is very courteous, friendly and were patient with my phone calls. will definitely use them in the future and have already recommended them.

.. Called early on a Saturday moring on Christmas weekend. The company answered the phone ( no answering service) gave me an approximate cost and said they would have a technician call me. Keith called me within 15 minutes and set up a time of 11:00 am to make the repair. He showed up at 10:55. He crawled under the mobile home in a small muddy space and figured out the problem. Once he repaired that problem and tested the system he noticed another small leak. He drained the system and repaired that as well. He then came inside to make sure all the air was out of the lines and the water heater was heating properly. He put everything back together that we had taken apart a day earlier tyring to fix it ourselves. He even took off his boots and rolled up his pants so he wouldn't get any dirt on the floor. Keith was very professional, punctual, kind and got all this done in less than an hour. Awesome!

I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Mike Seeder's Plumbing! The technician, Tim Hamilton, was exceptional. Tim arrived on time, identified my problem right away and then completed the job quickly. Tim even took care of another plumbing problem with my toilet while he was here. I wasn't sure if I could get an appointment on a Monday, but they did it! "A" experience!.
