+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. From the time I called until the job was complete, I was impressed with the responsiveness and the work that was completed. Garrett, the technician was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and worked diligently to find the problem.

+ -1 moreProfessional, courteous, and went out of their way to work with my previous contractor and me. Work was done quickly and capably, it did not seem to be a very big deal to them (they made it look easy!) but to me it was huge. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

+ -1 moreCalled and was able to set up appointment for the following day to have work done. Jared showed up early and worked 5 hours solid to get the job done. He worked around two other subcontractors. Only disappointment was the the way the dishwasher had to be installed to new granite countertops, but he worked hard and did the best he could, do I can't hold it against him. The price was 1/4 the cost of another company and they fit me in on short notice for a rather large job.
Description of Work: install kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, reinstall dishwasher, install 2 new toilets and 2 bathroom faucets

Description of Work: McNeil diagnosed a leak in our hot water line UNDER our concrete slab floor. They gave us clear options and we decided to have all the water lines replaced and run outside of our home, since our attic is not large enough to enable anyone to work up there. | |They scheduled a time with us and estimated a two day repair. They showed up on time and did the work as outlined. When it was clear that the two people who were working on the job could not complete it on time, they called in five extra workers and DID complete it on time. When there were a few minor problems (wobbly pipe, poor taping job on outside insulation, faucet handle not on correctly)they promptly scheduled remedial repair and did not charge anything extra for it. The workers were at all times polite, considerate of how much their tramping through our home was an inconvenience and maintained a fun sense of humor. No one is happy to be without hot water for weeks, but we feel McNeil did all that was in its power to do a quality repair as quickly as they were able to schedule it.

+ -1 moreWhen I called the company, I got a very professional person who then turned the call over to another professional person. I was told that some one would be at my home within 4 hours. Two very professional and knowledgeable men came to take care of the problem. They were shown where the pipe was leaking. They took care of the problem in about 35 minutes. They explained what caused the problem and gave information how I might prevent the problem again. I got a new customer 10% off the bill because I got the name on Angie's List website. The worker's name is Johnny B. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: McNeill Plumbing technician, Fred Hyatt, came to install a new water heater at the time he was scheduled to arrive. He was courteous and thorough in explaining the details of the installation and recognized the need for a new valve and ordered the valve early on in the installation process, avoiding any delays. Mr. Hyatt revised the plumbing routing and left the pipes in much more finished appearance than the original installation had been. He was thorough in explaining the procedure for adjusting the water temperature setting and control valves for shut-off and draining the tank. Another very good job by McNeill Plumbing.
