Enjoyed our visit with Paul. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and up to date with the latest technology. I look forward to hiring him for future remodeling.

This company's knowledge was extremely impressive when it comes to renovation. This project actually turned out under budget and exceeded my expectations. Paul, the owner, is practical but has a great eye for design. I will definitely work with him again in the future.

Our bathroom remodel was complicated between moving walls, plumbing, new doorways, and turning a tub into a walk in show. Paul and his workers were professional and cleaned up tools and their work area every day. Our new guest bathroom looks wonderful, and the project was completed within the agreed upon budget and timeframe.

Excellent communication. Kept work area clean. Professional employees and subcontractors. Will use again for kitchen in future.

We have well over $8,000 of disappointment in our master bathroom thanks to Paul McManus. We are off site owners and thought we could work with Paul long distance; he seemed technologically able to keep us in the loop. He has a fancy website and design programs, etc. etc. WOW, what a mistake. Subcontractors were used by the owner Paul McManus and he was unaware of their (or his ) sub-par work----he never admitted to us who performed the shoddy work he just apologized when he saw it in person. Consider asking him directly if he is on-site and does the work, we did not do this. Workmanship is poor and even simple cleanup didn't exist--spots of grout are stuck all over, haze was never wiped off, corners were not cleaned and are full of grout, areas we marked which needed to be filled with grout as they were missed are still empty, and tile spacers are sticking out like white pimples in the grout lines of the tile on the shower seat. I guess that my job is to tidy up and finish his job, sorry to say---I no longer desire to put the effort out to get things corrected and will just do it. Project design plans were barely followed even though Paul generated them on his impressive computer program and I approved them (one example: the accent tile was hung improperly-Oops- I happened to catch this via a picture he sent and it was corrected by being removed and redone). We had to continually hunt down and follow up with Paul---he was out of town traveling and on holiday ALOT during this bathroom project, usually following receipt of another chunk of our cash. This project, which should have been done in a matter of weeks, as promised, took many months and we are still not happy at all, but what's done is done / live and learn.... BUT you can be forewarned! Every time we look at the misaligned glass block grout lines which stand out so distinctly we will cringe and remember him. Huge mistake and a total disappointment. The 'dream bathroom' is a turn-off.
