+ -1 moreThe work started on the day promised and went smoothly except for some weather delays ( all outside work) The general contractor Mike was very personable and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. After all the work was completed, Two boards, one in the deck and one in the fence, split due to expansion. Mike personally came out and replaced both the next day. The crew, varying from 2-3 were all friendly, hard working, and competent.
Description of Work: Tore out old deck and replaced and extended the deck 10 feet adding steps down to the yard. Rebuilt steps to pool and bridge over garden area. Approximate size of deck- 20 x 40 not including steps and bridge. Additionally, removed and replaced approximately 80 feet of redwood fencing and replaced and relocated entry way gate. Further replaced almost all fence posts.
