Welcome to Mayfield Heating & Air Services, Inc. where we pride ourselves in assisting our clients in the Tallahassee area with finding the best heating and air conditioning system for their needs. We do not believe in using pushy sales people to get people to buy products that they do not need. We work with each of our customers to understand their needs and make suggestions related to those needs. We do not believe in up selling our clients. Mayfield Heating & Air Services is a locally owned and operated Tallahassee HVAC company that was founded by a state certified Air conditioning contractor Jonathan Mayfield. The company was established in 2007 and is a 3rd generation Tallahassee air conditioning company. We service residential customers and light commercial heating or cooling customers in the area of Tallahassee. If you are a homeowner, property manager, or real estate agent we can help you fix your HVAC system quickly and effectively. We also service apartment complexes and churches to reduce downtime of their more complex heating and cooling systems. We offer personal service to all our customers at the best possible pricing. Our service and equipment is of the highest quality to ensure our customers are pleased with our work. Don't fall into the trap of hiring a company that offers a cheaper price because they operate without a license. Our technicians will ensure that we have all required permits in place and we carry adequate insurance and carry Workers Compensation liability Insurance on our workers. We can handle the repair and servicing of all your Tallahassee heating and air conditioning equipment regardless of the brand. In addition we can completely replace your system when it can no longer be repaired. For new construction we work with the general contractors to ensure the duct work is correctly placed during the construction process for ease of installation.

John has worked on both our Commercial and Residential HVAC units. John is prompt on returning phone calls and shows up in a timely manner ready to diagnose problems and making necessary repairs. We would highly recommend John and Mayfield Heating and Air Services.

We are new to the area, and when we were experiencing issues with our air conditioner, Mayfield Heating and Air was recommended by both the previous owner and Angie's List. The staff were quick to diagnose the problems with our 11 year old HVAC. Mr. Mayfield discussed multiple options (including pros and cons), of repair vs. replace, zoning, split systems, single vs. two stage. He provided detailed estimates of our choices. He also took extra time to return a call after hours to answer questions. Our new, more efficient system was installed in one day. We highly recommend Mayfield Heating and Air without reservations, and we will continue to use them for routine service.
