It went really well my only issues were that I wasn't told there was a 2 hr minimum, and they were a tad late. The guys always kept busy and did an excellent job at safely moving my stuff so I feel like I got my monies worth even though I was a bit under the 2hr minimum and had to pay for time I didn't use. In addition they accepted the Angie's list coupon without any trouble. All in all a great move and I definitely recommend them.

Master Movers did a great job. The crew consisted of 3 guys, including EP, but their rate is in line with other companies who only use 2 guys, so the move was both faster and less expensive than it would've been with other movers. EP was responsive, answered all of my questions respectfully (even the dumb ones), honored the Angie's List coupon, and made sure that my tip went to his guys. They were careful with all of our things, and we would definitely recommend them. Thanks Master Movers!

I cannot say enough about Master Movers and EP, the owner/operator. I just put them through a gigantic move, and they handled it beautifully and at a very reasonable price! EP came out to give me an estimate, which was very competitive, and he did not go over even though I had to ask extra favors of him and his crew repeatedly because of snags with my move-out and move-in dates. They were totally cooperative and agreed to my every need and change. They arrived on time with two big trucks and worked very hard and very efficiently. They carefully moved many big items – lighted hutch, piano, washer, dryer, and refrigerator without a scratch, not to mention hundreds of heavy boxes and all the furniture from a 3,700-square-foot house. When there were still a few remaining items that wouldn’t fit into the trucks (my fault, not theirs!), they actually offered their own personal cars to follow-up later that evening. As it turns out, I didn’t have to take them up on that, but it was an exceptionally gracious and kind offer! Also, I was perplexed as to how to get a bed (and mattress and box spring) down to my sister in St. Pete, but EP delivered it to her when he had a job that took them to St. Pete! Above and beyond! Kudos to EP and his crew!

EP and Greg did an excellent job. They handled everything (including valuable artwork and fragile china) with great care. Nothing was damaged. They were personable and very helpful. My mom (who was the one moving) is a senior who is hard of hearing. They were very respectful toward her, but also relaxed and friendly. Not only did they deliver excellent service, their price was by far the best I could find. Thanks guys!

I needed a receipt to use for taxes. There was an issue with email, but they were diligent in making sure I received it.

Master Movers did an excellent job of packing and moving all of my things, many of which were antiques. Nothing broke, and the movers were able to get an extremely heavy desk onto a second floor--something other movers have not been willing to do in the past. They were friendly and helpful.

They were amazing, I could not belive how fast and organized they were. The move went very well, they put all the boxes and furniture in the correct rooms and even set up the beds and assisted with placing heavy furniture where we wanted it. The young men were professional and couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend them. You cannot beat the service, speed, and price.

EP and his team were great the whole way through. They took great care of our stuff and their price was very reasonable ($600 for five and a half hours of hard work). They even went out of their way and did a return trip to the old house to switch out the washer/dryer so we could keep our old equipment. Don't hesitate to use them if you need to move. They are prompt, polite and efficient with your time. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

All aspects of the job were done on time at a very reasonable price. Master Movers was able to accommodate a last minute change to the closing date on the sale of our home and still provided timely, professional service. EP and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They arrived at the promised time, worked efficiently, and made the process enjoyable. I can strongly recommend hiring these folks for your next move!

Heard great reviews of this company and priced out the lowest cost among 5 estimates. Moved entire contents for a 4BR house including significant amounts of furniture, across town. Worked a solid 13 hours to make sure we got everything moved in one day. EP's team (4-5 people depending on the time of day) was thorough and careful with all the furniture including some very fragile glass, antique, and heavy pieces. Very professional and will definitely use again. One of the best values across all service lines in Tallahassee!

I bought a piano at estate sale. I had hoped to get it moved 3 blocks to our house for $50 or so. But I was getting quotes over $200! even from non-pros on Craigslist. Masters Movers gave me lowest quote of $130. They were on time and professional. The owner was easy to converse with. It was a quick $130 for them, and I guess a good deal for me, considering next lowest bid was one hundred dollars more.

They were prompt and courteous. They had to move the appliances up and down some steps and thru narrow door ways. They were very careful not to damage the doors that had only a 1 inch clearance. They even connected the appliances for us which I did not expect.

These guys were great! Best money I've ever spent. I have never hired professional movers before, but I definitely will again. This furniture was very large and heavy and we just didn't think we could do it by ourselves (or at least would have a VERY hard time with it). I called on a Sunday late afternoon and couldn't believe E.P. answered the phone. I wanted the job done early the next morning. Not only did they do that for me, but they even moved the appointment up and came early! Both of them were super friendly and polite. They took much care with the furniture - wrapping and moving it very efficiently. They were well-equipped for the job. You could tell they knew what they were doing. I would recommend Master Movers to anyone I know.

Went very well, they were friendly, professional and careful. They remained after delivery to assist in installation and cleanup. Although they arrived a little late, they called beforehand and let me know they were slightly delayed.

EP and his staff were right on time and quickly and carefully packed the contents of my one bedroom apartment and then over to the storage center to carefully help sort which items I wanted to move over to my new rental house. They were patient, fast, polite and did whatever I asked of them. I would highly recommend Master Movers for anyone in Tallahassee or the Big Bend. Tell him Susan sent you!
