Every thing went exceptionally well. We have had problems in this area finding responsive contractors for various home improvements. After getting the run around at 2 other locations, one of which was a major home improvement store, we found Master Granite. We went in on a Saturday, picked out the piece we wanted and gave them the measurements for what needed to be done. They agreed to come out Monday to make precise measurements for the estimate, and promised I would have the estimate the next day ( we are still waiting to hear back from the other two sources .) Tuesday we had our estimate and we set up for a date for them to come back out and make an exact template, and a subsequent date for install. Both appointments were completed as promised and with the utmost professionalism. We were very picky about how we wanted the design to look, and they listened to everything we had to say, executing the design as close to perfect as one could get. Wish you could see it. They did take pictures, so maybe if you visit their site you'll see it. If not , you see other beautiful installs that the have done.

Best selection I found in Tallahassee of unusual granite. Very helpful staff, ease of scheduling. Did a good job with installation.

They did an exceptional job. They designed it and it was to the millimeter of the specific design. Their design tips to us made it even more spectacular. I can't speak enough about the people. Ask for Mark, he's your man!

They were great. I got a group that was much cheaper that is why may be they are out of business. I gave them specific instructions but it did not come out the way i expected.

Master Granite came out to quote a granite job at a house that we're remodeling. They were supposed to get back with a quote for the job and never even called back one way or another to either get us a quote or say they weren't interested. Very unprofessional! Would never use again!!

Master Granite and Marble did an excellent job of replacing our laminate countertops with granite. We were impressed from the moment we walked into the store. Tony Bianco, the owner, was very responsive to all of our questions. The showroom is full of products and their granite fabrication yard in Midway had a very large selection of granite in all price ranges. We were able to select the slabs we wanted used for our countertops and they set them aside until we were ready for installation. The fabrication staff was top notch and Rodrigo and his assistant did an oustanding job of installing the countertops. They fit perfectly and look absolutely beautiful. They also installed a granite windowsill in the window above the kitchen counter - it looks great and adds to the overall appearance of the kitchen. Sarah and Stan were also very helpful; in fact, everyone with whom we have had contact has been extremely professional and thoroughly responsive. We had looked at several other granite stores and found the best price at Master Granite and Marble. We greatly enjoyed our experience with Master Granite and Marble and highly recommend them.

Great experience! We selected the slab of granite that we liked from the warehouse samples, but it had already been sold. So they told me that they could get a "sister" piece for us in a couple of days. This is another slab that was cut from the same as the one that we selected. It came in and we went to see it and it was even nicer that the one we liked. The cutter then worked with us to get the particular parts of the piece that we liked the most into the final product. He is a artist as he provided the perfect piece for our kitchen, and it he provided a seamless fit in the 90 degree corner. The installers were there exactly when they said they would be and the whole job was done in less than a day. It is beautiful!

We visited the several stores including Lowes and Home Depot. We likes the low key approach taken by Elle and the time that she spent with us explaining the process. We took several samples home and the following Saturday we visited their warehouse location in Midway to see the actual slabs of granite. The selection was large but the stone that we settled on was already sold. They were able to get us a (sister) sheet that was cut from the same lot as the one that we selected and we loved it. we spent time with stone cutter selecting the parts of the slab that we wanted to make sure he preserved. The installers showed up at the exact time that they said they would and the installation went very well. We also had a new 14 gauge steel sink installed and the whole thing took less than four hours. We are very pleased with the final result
