Description of Work: They did an excellent job of replacing the hard drive on my Lemon (aka Apple). Mac business system is, however, no longer on the Apple warranty list, and the closest is 175 miles away. Later the dvd drive stopped. I would never buy another Apple because the warranty is close to useless. Who has time to travel that distance and then wait a couple of days for repairs?.. |unless you live very near a service center

 + -1 moreI needed fast and competent help when our iMac computer wouldn't boot-up at all. Checking for local Apple computer repair shops, I discovered a great one nearby that I could bring it to for diagnosis and repair. The folks at MacAndMore did a great job, from the initial intake and thorough diagnostic tests to the seamless replacement of the faulty hard drive, running various quality-checks and explaining to me the steps I'd need to take when I brought it home. This is a good place to go if you're having problems with any Apply products -- not just computers.
Description of Work: Properly diagnosed and replaced a faulty hard drive in an iMac desktop system.

 + -1 moreIf you have a Mac computer and it needs service, then head to Mac Business Systems. They provide great service, with very knowledgeable staff, and very fair prices.
Description of Work: My Mac would not boot up. Took it in around noon and had a diagnosis by 5pm. The hard drive had crashed. They replaced it with a 1 TB hard drive, reinstalled the operating system, and checked the computer's operation by 5pm on the next day

As an authorized Apple service provider with more than 10 years experience they demonstrate high levels of technical skill and professionalism. All my interactions with them have been excellent and I would recommend them highly.
