Things did not go good at all. Almost $12,000 for new hardwood floors that after two attempts could not even be repaired. We had to hire another contractor to tear our Luke's work and install new floors. Highly don't recommend.

The quality of the work was excellent and they will stand by their work. We had to have them come out 4 additional times to fix the slope of the shower floor because it just wasn't sloping right and was holding water in one area. The only issue we had with them was with communication. We would call Luke about the draining issue and he would say that he would get back with us, but we would have to call him back to get an answer. Sometimes we would wait up to a week before we called him back for an answer. Other than that, we are VERY PLEASED with our new bathroom.
