LINK FLOORS

We bought our house brand new and the builder used Link Floors to install our "Luxury vinyl plank" flooring. 1st problem is they installed the wrong floors. The second problem is that when they came by to fix the warranty issues, they only fixed one spot and left. We have had nothing but issues. An entire piece has peeled off the floor. And multiple other pieces are starting to peel at the seams. When I reached out to Rebecca, she was so rude and yelling at me on the phone and told me that when she came to my house SHE told me it was because of the dogs. This woman has NEVER been to my house. And when the man did come to fix 1 of many spots we only had ONE dog. She clearly had me confused with someone else but that didn't matter. She had made up her mind. She refused to help me at all and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else and she sent someone to look at the floors but never followed up. This should not be an issue in a new build and the way I was treated on the phone was atrocious. Not fixing issues within the warranty is also a breach of contract. If you need new floors I would use anyone but Link Floors, terrible customer service and lack of skill.

I don't remember the date since it's been awhile so I just put an approximate date in. They worked very hard to provide QUALITY good looking laminate flooring for the main living areas, linoleum for baths and kitchen and carpet for 3 bedrooms. I was really pleased with the finished product. Very! Initially I was not happy with the matching of the replacement shoe moulding and they redid it, turns out they were right about the color. The only bad moment I had was when I initially mentioned the 'unmatching' shoe moulding they immediately said they would knock off some of the cost and I could stain the shoe mould, while some might appreciate this idea it was a horrible one for me timewise . . the salesperson came out and did it himself. So while they worked very hard to please me but it was evident I had pushed their limits. I would use them again but the next time I called they did not return my call.

I would not recommend them to anybody. It was not a good job and the floors have not held up. They didn't handle proper installation like we needed them to. They didn't haul away. We never got a full written quote. We were young when we got it done. We pulled out all the carpet and they never hauled it away like they were supposed to. We did all the prep work and they didn't follow through. The workmanship on the floors was very inconsistent. We went with them because they were one of the cheaper options but I got what I paid for. They were the cheapest. It has been five years and I have to redo my floors. I would never ever use them again. They wanted to overcharge me and there is always something with this company.

I thought that the price was very reasonable. My husband was actually there when they did the work. He said that they were efficient and quick. They were in there and were later out in a few hours. Our carpets haven?t looked as good as that in a very long time. It was in an apartment that we were renting out and were trying to sell it. That?s the reason why we went with them. The people who have come in there have said the same thing. It really looks like a brand new carpet. They were really good about even taking our calls and getting it scheduled. I would recommend them and I would use their services in the future too.

I have used this company several times to install and repair carpet in my rental properties. They are always on time and always seem to find a way to work with my crazy schedule. Their workers are always helpful and very professional. They finish the jobs quickly and clean up after themselves. The office staff is very helpful with suggestions for the right carpet and has great ideas for working with my budget. During one job the installer noticed one room's carpet (that was not included in the job they were doing) could be stretched better and offered to stretch it while he was there for no extra charge. That is great customer service and why I will continue to use this company for my flooring needs.
