The owner came out gave quote-I obtained a home loan- owner retired-family runs business they came out for permits-out of blue I got an additional quote for $5,000 more-they said he didn’t figure out the job right. Didn’t try to rectify the proposal they just moved on as they are busy. Do not recommend very disappointed

Great company that did a great job in less than the estimated time. Their bid on this job (changing out a wood-framed porch to aluminum framing) was very reasonable compare to another we received. Our "new" porch looks great! This company is busy, and we were informed that it would take a couple of months before they could get to us after we paid a deposit. There were a couple of minor or delays due to circumstances outside of their control, but they kept in touch with us and arrived when predicted. Their five person crew was personable, efficient, and hard-working. I have no hesitancy to recommend them.

No charge for the quote but the quoting came in very high. They were pretty prompt. They came when they said. I haven't met them and haven't seen them face-to-face. They were too pricey for me. It was pretty quick front-to-back, just the price was a little high.

It took several phone calls from me. "Skylar" said usually they take the measurements one day and install the next-- Well, it wasn't that easy! After I set up an appointment for measurements, they didn't show up to get the measurements, and didn't know who I was or have any record of my call. I should have just hung up there. Finally, once they had measurements, and several days since I had heard from them, I called in.... Only to find out they would make an appointment once they happened to be in the area. So for a simple thing that was to be installed the next day-- It's been nine days of back and forth. I complained today, so maybe the glass will get installed tomorrow. But I just wonder-- with their attitude, do they want clients?

Went very well, we are very happy with the added space! They were 1/2 the price of some others!!

This is a fabulous company to deal with. From Tom, who provided the estimate and product guidance, to every crew member, they were professional and a true pleasure to work with. We could not be more pleased with the final product.

They were excellent. They did quality work and were on time. They were really good. It was a good experience.

I called last week and they came out and looked at the window and called me back and told me they had to order the window. I called today because I hadn't heard from them. The window was in and they came within an hour to install it. It looks great. They're very reliable and quick to come out and give me an estimate. I did have to initiate the call to find out if the window was in, but once I did, they were right on it and sent somebody out. It was great. Everything looks good.

Estimate was given promptly. Guys arrived on appointed day at appointed time. Worked at it all day first day with three guys. Came back the second day with two guys and finished the job. Consulted with us about where we wanted the door before they started. Warned us about wasp infestation and blocked pillar tops with filler. Cleaned up okay. Guys were please, polite, considerate. We would recommend them for price work and any other standard.

They did excellently. Two brothers run the business. Though their price was a little more than the cheap window place I believe their product was of better quality, and they are certainly trustworthy, good guys. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They did extra work for me at a very reasonable price. When their crew during clean up accidentally grabbed one of my tools that was mixed with theirs, Bill brought the tool back. They did some extra screening for me gratis.

They were excellent. They really know their product and know what they are doing. They are well trained and knowledgeable.

They look great and blend well with the age of the house. They were awesome at cleaning up both outside and inside and even washed the new windows.

They were great to work with. Did all the work as requested, in timely manner, and actually replaced some of the trim around window that didn't have to be done but would just look better with the repair of some areas of wood rot. I paid more for the windows than would have elsewhere but they were the only ones who carried the kind of window I wanted to match as best possible other windows on almost 90 yr old house.

One sent incorrectly by manufacturer, will be replaced shortly, great service!

Very professional. Came promptly when I requested an estimate. The tempered glass had to be ordered and it arrived right on schedule. The crew came the next day. All the work was perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

One thing I like about them is that they give you the facts and they give you the estimate, and they come in when they say they are going to come in. So they are prompt, they are on time and do their work. If they do work on windows that are older, that they worked on before, even then they will come in and not charge you. Tom and Bill are the owners, they have been around for a while and they are really good. When I walk into their store, it feels like you are walking into your uncle’s place and it looks like that too.

I prepared by moving everything off of the window sills, and sliding furniture out from under the windows so they could have room to move. I even put an old blanket over one of the beds (with white comforter). They arrived on time, asked where I wanted them to start, and two of them quickly went to work. They appreciated my efforts, but would have moved or worked around the furniture. They didn't lay the parts down, so covering the comforter was unnecessary. They were both very polite, friendly, quick, and efficient. All ten windows were repaired in about 90 minutes. No mess, no fuss, They sent a bill, we gladly paid, I'm glad I had them replace all the little plastic parts, (one broke when he removed the window). I usually fix things myself, but they were worth the labor cost. I recommend them highly.

We found their name on Angie's List. We had three exterior doors and besides that they put a storm door on the front and back door. We had double doors along the back of the house that housed the ac unit and the hot water heater. Those were the original ones that were 50 years old. My husband had patched them so many times that it wasn't even worth it so they installed nice solid doors out there, so we were just happy with that. They also put shutters up on either side of our front windows. We have 2 big front windows on the bottom floor and on the top floor we had 2 smaller windows on the front side of the house. The only problem we had was that they had to special order everything and we waited and we waited and finally my husband called, that was in August that they came out and measured everything. The owner of the company came out and measured and then I think he came back a second time just to very everything. We waited and we waited and didn't hear anything so finally my husband called. The doors had come in and whoever was in the warehouse handling that didn't tell whoever they were supposed to that the doors were in so there was a little bit of a drag, we would have had them a little sooner. So, that was the only problem that we had. The 2 young men that came to install the doors did a wonderful job and we just felt very comfortable with them. They always let us know when they would be here so we weren't surprised and we weren't waiting all day. They got here early and finished on time. We've already had them come back for our storage room door.

They are a great, family-owned company.

The owner came to my house to offer an estimate on another job that I ended up not having done. I asked him how much it would cost to fix the screens and he gave me a good price, saying since he was already here for the estimate he wouldn't charge to take the screens back to his facility. If I picked the screens up myself, I could save the delivery charge, which I chose to do. He seemed to know what he was talking about on the other job -- replacing the locking mechanism on a sliding glass door -- and he got back to me quickly (within 24 hours) with an estimate for the repair, but I decided not to spend that much money on the door. I did have him repair the screens, though, and was happy with the result. He seems like an honest guy, and he's been in business forever, so I assume people keep coming back to him.

Worker arrived on time, kept us informed of their progress over 2 days and did not until all work was completed.
