I hired them to fix a leak in my roof. The leak was between the flashing and the chimney. They came out and made the repair and I paid them however now not only is there a leak still at the chimney, there is also a leak at one of the nails where they replaced shingles. I’ve called them to get them to come back out and I sent them pictures/videos showing the leaks but they won’t send anyone out to fix it. Waste of time and money.

Jason and his whole crew were great, and I am very satisfied with my experience. I had damage after Hurricane Michael, and not only was the price reasonable, but they were prompt and friendly during the whole process. Then, they found more damage unrelated to the storm damage after I continued to have leaks, and he and his crew made sure it was fixed before we had more rain - again the price was extremely reasonable. I will always recommend Koch Brothers to anyone in need of roofing and would definitely use them in the future.

They found more damage around chimney so price went up from original quote but not really their fault. They fixed the additional damage and they still came in slightly cheaper than other quotes.

Smoothly, Jason came and helped us pick shingles & trim, then showed up with crew on time, and they did our roof quickly & as quietly as roofers can and with quality. They cleaned behind themselves , and left us a beautiful new roof !

Arrived on time and finished the inspection promptly. I would recommend Koch Bros due to their professional attitude.
