There was very little communication with the agent once they got your contract....just dealt with the people who worked for her. I feel like I basically sold my own house. I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: I used them to list my house for sale.

UPDATE- Did speak with a compliance officer to see what, if anything can be done. This is why I have raised thier professionalism to a C. She was very factual and willing to get to the bottom of everything. She even made a good point as to if the realator ever mentioned us seeking a tax professional. We had no idea we would have needed to prior to the purchase. Now we wish we had, but that agent should have known. As of March 2011 we just found out we are not eligible for our $8,000 tax incentive. Can't explain how frustrated and upset we are. We placed our trust into this agent who claimed to be an expert to only mislead, misinform, and totally screw us over. If you are a first time buyer run fast, run fast to a true expert. We are awaiting the inspection of the home and depending on the inspection and the work to fix any issues prior to close we may close. However I plan to contact her office and jump far off the Sonia trip.
Description of Work: UPDATE- BEWARE Not much of an expert Realtor Agent here. We lost $8,000 in tax incentives. Do not have Sonia Jewell come near your home or office. What was to be my agent turned out to be the seller's agent and she did not fight for us. We are contacting her office to notify them we would like to change agent prior to closing. I can't stand her two face persona. Her most recent work was for us to consider Premiers position and struggle of them possibly lossing $6500.00 while we had $5500.00 to potentially lose before closing. I don't know but they can cover a loss a lot simpler than myself. With the market the way it is she deserves no help. Let me also state that Premier is moving to cheaper products and terrible craftsmanship. I would not reccomend either in the near future. UPDATE: As of April 20,2011 we have contacted a firm to file suit for the $8,000 in tax credits lost and the over $6,000 in wasted fees due to the incompetance of this company and their employees. We put our full trust in this company as first time home buyers and got screwed out of $14,000. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE ONE BIT....THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. ESPECIALLY MILITARY PERSONS>
