The best service for the many motors which I have taken to KCW over twenty-five years now. Excellent with customers and outstanding quality rebuilding / repair of motors and pumps.

Came same day , fitting us in among the many other winter freeze problems in Tallahassee. Solved our problem fast. Definitely the first place you should call.

I called KCM at 8:00 a.m. Sunday after receiving no response from another company that we called on Saturday. I spoke to Donald Scribner and he was at our house within the hour which was very impressive since we live out at Lake Talquin. He diagnosed the problem, said he would return with a truck and crew, and have the problem fixed. He did exactly what he said he would. He and his crew were efficient and professional and even hauled off the old pump and wiring. If I could give a rating of A+++++, I would. One other note - Donald's partner Eric called to make sure that we had gotten in touch with someone from KCM. I really appreciated that call.

We had no water at all! KCW came immediately and replaced the 2HP control bar and pressure switches. We were very pleased with their response. As our well is over 21 years old, we probably will need replacement in the future. We defintely will use them again.

I bought an old saw, and was servicing the motor when I found that the insulation on the wire leads from the coils inside the motor was falling apart. I took the stator to KCW and they put new leads on, and dipped the whole thing in varnish (which acts as an insulator for all the wiring inside the motor as well as effectively gluing everything in place to prevent movement). When I put the motor back together, it ran like it was brand new.
