+ -1 moreMr. Pogo and his assistant arrived on date/time as agreed. They worked consistently taking only a brief lunch break until the work was completed. He personally did much of the work as well as inspected what assistant did. They cleaned up the area after the job before leaving. Everything was left neat and clean.
Description of Work: Did soft wash on house exterior where needed, cleaned ceiling and outdoor carpet on patio, pressure washed front porch and drive-way, cleared gutters, washed double pane windows inside and out as well as some stationary ones.

+ -1 moreThe job was well done and more than to my satisfaction (especially inside the screened-in connected open porch where the screens, ceilings, paneling, sliding glass door were all cleaned of dirt, mildew, cobwebs, spider webs, etc., without damaging the indoor/outdoor carpet.) The pool deck and driveway looked shiny new. The price was comparable to others who quoted, but after my experience with Joe, would not use anyone else.
Description of Work: Pressure washed: brick house, windows, driveway, pool deck, screened porch (inside and out), swept roof before proceeding with cleaning.

+ 0 moreI would recommend others to use him. He does a lot of work in this neighborhood. He is always on time and I appreciate that. He will call if he is going to be late. That used to be their standards, but now they are exceptional. I don't have anything to compare them to for price, but I think they are reasonable.
Description of Work: I use Joe Pogo's Window Cleaning for house cleaning and window cleaning. I use him for driveway, walkway, and deck cleaning. The last time he came I had him clean the deck and the windows.
