He changed out two toilets and replaced them with new ones. He did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do and why. He picked up the new toilets and installed them in about two hours. He did a great job and left my bathrooms spotless. I had been having reoccurring problems with them that other plumbers failed to fix and failed to explain my options. In short, this was definitely a job well done in all regards.

I gave Joe a call, and he stopped by the house on the way to his scheduled job. He really took his time and discussed the shower where there was some sheet rock moisture damage. He set up for a shower pan test, fixed the other minor issues, and took off. He came back in the evening and the pan had passed the leak test. Joe gave us good advice on the chalking and real issue with the leak. I was really impressed how he would discuss in detail with out feeling rushed. He came highly recommended by our neighbors, and now I know.
