Bennett's plumbing can do any job big or small. We have been using Bennett's for a long time, and will use them for a long time to come.

No complaints. Work was performed in a timely fashion. A good encounter.

I am happy now that the builder and the city inspector got to see the truth.

They took care of the problem. They did a good job. This guy had the snake thing which he used and it worked like a charm. What we had done was a specialized thing and I don?t think too many people have it. They were more expensive that what I thought it would be. I will recommend them to others.

Only reason I am still using this company is due to the fact the work is under my new home warranty. Not sure why everyone here raves about this company, but we have had two occassions where they promised to show and didn't even have the respect to call for the no show. Not sure who certifies these guys, but when we had shower sprays installed on the shower they had no clue how to put it in properly nor had they seen how the spray should work. Even after showing them photos of how it should look afterwards, they argued with us for weeks on the pressure. Finally they fixed it and we were able to say "I told you so". Now I have been waiting two weeks since they last showed up and left my bathtube excess drain jaked up and shower spray barely flowing. They promised a part they needed would be in over the next 3-5 days and they would be back. Haven't had a single call back since. I will never use them outside my warrenty nor for any future jobs elsewhere. There is no honor to their word nor pride in their work.

They are VERY professional; they arrived about 5 minutes early, got right to work and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished.

These guys are awesome!! We had a kitchen sink back up with a house full of company 2 days before Christmas and they arrived in less than an hour and cleaned the line all the way to the septic tank. The sink works great and a major issue was averted.

The problem was a cracked toilet extension flange that was installed two years ago by the same company. When the plumber finished his work, he said, "The problem was that the plumber that installed the flange didn't use the right part and didn't do the work properly." I pointed out that Jim Bennett's Plumbing had installed the flange in the first place. But, two weeks later, the problem appears to be fixed, so I can't complain about this service call. But in retrospect, the problem was caused by a plumber dispatched by the same firm.

My husband was out of town, and I was at home with my 21-month-old son, my dog and my cat. I went downstairs on a Monday morning and discovered soapy, smelly water covering about 1/3 of my basement's floor. With a young one in the house, I needed the problem fixed quickly in order to prevent health problems. Jim Bennett's Plumbing had good reviews on Angie's List, so I called them to explain my situation. They were very honest and explained that it could be a backed up sewer line, which could cost about $120, or a bigger problem that could cost $2000 - $9000. They scheduled services for 4:00 p.m. that day. I left work about two hours early in order to meet the plumber, but he was running very late. Scheduling mishaps occur, and there is no controlling time lags. I just wish someone had called to tell me they were running behind schedule that day. That's my biggest complaint. A tropical storm was slowly coming into town that evening, and it was 6:00 p.m. and dark when the plumber arrived at my house. My son was very irritable that night, I was unable to help the plumber find my sewer outlet, and it was pouring rain outside. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He found the problem and cleaned out the sewer line. Luckily, it was a relatively easy fix. They charged me $135, $15 more than their original quote, but I didn't mind. I was very impressed that their plumber worked well past his usual schedule to uphold his promise to come out that day.

Washing machine drain line became blocked and water was backing up into a garage sink. Turned out that small roots had grown into the drain line where it had broken previously, and had been repaired about 10 years ago. I had run a garden hose with a pressure nozzle into the line in an attempt to clear it, but the roots of course wouldn't budge. Fortunately, Eric, the plumber on call had a long 1/2 inch diameter wound steel snake and a power rotator, and once he got that set up it worked like a charm. It tangled all the roots up and broke them off inside the drain pipe so they could be removed with the snake. He then had me run the washer so he could see how well the washer expelled the rinse water (15-20 gallons or so). It was great to see that none of the water backed up at all this time around after several years of dealing with this gradually worsening problem. Sometimes ya just gotta bite the bullet and let the pros do the heavy lifting. Thanks Eric and Jim Bennett!

Mom's washing machine drain was plugged up. I called Bennett, they came promptly as promised, got the job done quickly, and billed me for later payment (as I requested). Good pricing for the work performed, no problems.
