Apparently, there is confusion between home advisor and Jerrys company. I was scheduled for an appointment with home advisor for Jerrys but the tech didnt show up. I called to see if they were running behind. They said they didnt have me on the schedule and couldnt make it that day, but gave me a range of time they would be coming the next day. Home advisor rescheduled my appointment with MDT when I use EST time once I notified them that Jerrys company didnt show. I just preferred to talk with Jerrys company instead.

They were able to accommodate my schedule. Scott was personable and professional and did a great job. I now have a service plan with them. I would definitely recommend Cooper.

Know that you will get good solid advice about available service plans including plumbing, a written estimate regarding the scope of work for necessary repairs and an appointment for a sales rep if a system needs replacing. I used the air duct cleaning service. They left everything very clean, were professional and followed safety guidelines.

Refer to my comments in the first question, which basically stated that the agent did an excellent job in a minimal amount of time. Moreover, he explained what was wrong with my air conditioner, what it would cost to repair and why it had stopped functioning properly. I was completely satisfied with the cost and services rendered.

Tech was knowledgable and resolved issue in a timely manner. Also fast response, next day service. Price was a little high. System diagnostic and flush of debris $280.

Came out on a Sunday and worked u til after dark to finish our repair!
