Jason was polite, on time, and followed up. The initial installation worked for a bit, but didn't stay working - he came out and totally replaced the icemaker the very day that we told him it wasn't making ice. We would definitely hire him again - he is knowledgeable and very personable, having years of experience at a major appliance retailer in the repair department.
