Very happy with the service from J&J - the technician arrived promptly, was very professional and corrected the exact problem without trying to sell us services or products we didn't need. He also offered a lot of helpful advice to keep our systems running in top shape. On top of it all, he even sprayed some wasps for me that were trying to make a home near my outside A/C unit.

My heat couldn't have picked a better time not to work. It was in a deep freeze. I called JJ Heating and Eddie said that they would squeeze me in that same day. Unfortunately my problems laid a lot deeper than just needing the unit serviced as I thought. Eddie fixed the unit to blow warm air to get us through the next couple of days on Emergency heat. He returned a couple of days later as he promised, and stayed for 4 hours until he discovered that someone had taken the copper out of the unit before we purchased the house. He was able to fix the issue and refill the freon and get us back up and running. He stressed that it was important that I get someone out again before it is time to run the AC because apparently the problem laid deeper than just the heat, and he did not want to turn on the AC in 28 degree weather. I will be sure to call these guys back when it comes time. They were prompt, polite and answered all of our questions, and very informative. Thanks guys for the great work you provided!

For over 8 years I have had an annual A/C and Heating maintenance contract with this company. What a wonderful company to do business with! They are dedicated to doing good work at a fair price and in a timely manner; they are friendly and honest. I highly recommend Jand J Air and Heat.
