+ -1 moreWonderful! Eric quickly found the problem and got right to work fixing it! It sure was cold that day but Eric saw the job through to completion and was purely professional and just a nice guy to be around. Other companies wanted to charge me $100+ JUST TO SHOW UP! And here is the best part- my power bill dropped by about $100 a month! I had thought it was just my drafty old house costing me $400- $500 a month in power... not anymore! My last power bill was $285- well over $100 less then the same month last year! Thank you Glenn and Eric (and the rest of the team)! I will never call another HVAC company so long as they are around! I do, have and will continue to recommend Hodges HVAC to ANYONE that needs HVAC service or repairs!
Description of Work: I noticed my heater was coming on and going off continuously so I called Glenn. He sent out one of his guys (on a SUNDAY). Eric got to my place right on time and got right to work. I was expecting the worst but Eric found that the cats had gotten under the house and flattened the supply duct into the house causing my unit to basically overheat and shut down, then cool off and restart.
