Marty was spot on with his proposal and paid attention to detail for our particular needs. For instance, I told him I was keeping my Nest thermostat. He indicated that on the proposal while other companies indicated a replacement thermostat even though they were told we were keeping our current thermostat. Marty went in the attic and inspected the ductwork. One other company did not and said the installers would inspect the ductwork on installation day. Not a good idea since one side of the house was warmer than the other side and I didn't want any surprises on installation day. Marty came up with a perfect solution to adequately cool the side of the house that wasn't cooling properly. His price was fair and reasonable and his installation crew was excellent. What needed to be done was clearly communicted to them by Marty. I was very pleased with their work and dealing with them. I would highly recommend High Quality Heating and Air, Inc.

Marty was very professional, prompt and courteous. The price was by far the least expensive I was quoted. Teresa, in the office, was wonderful--very helpful and knowledgeable. From the time I got a quote until the units were installed was only a matter of a couple of weeks. The crew was professional and considerate. They installed both units in one day.

This owner manager has proved so honest and reliable I left home to do the many things I already had scheduled. I could have paid over the phone or left a check with the installers but I choose to go the office and put it on my credit card. They had to take apart my fence to get parts out and the new parts in. They put my old fence back together like it had not be touched. Very nice job. The owner is a man to trust who treats his employees fairly and they all know what they are doing. This was a difficult installation because the closet it when in was 1/2 full with a hot water heater. I'd even thought I would have to replace the hot water heater. Marty talked me out of spending the money.
