The appointment was at 10, they arrived at 11:30. This service was a gift for a friend about to have surgery. On the walk through she was told it would be a team of men. Upon arrival there was a girl to clean who said she was contacted last night for the job and had never worked for the vendor before. The cleaner was not told it was a deep cleaning and the specifics of the cleaning . The vendor stated her husband was going to do the work but got sick. My friend had to keep Getting up to explain and show the cleaner what had to be done. A lot of direction was needed but the cleaner had an excellent attitude. My friend used her own vacuum due to the smell of the one provided. My friend also had to correct the cleaner about what cleaner that was about to be used on her hard wood floors after previously discussing the issue to ensure they would not be ruined. The cleaner worked long and hard for a fraction of the quote. I am Very disappointed in Angie’s list recommending this vendor. I would not recommend them to anyone. The vendor made money off a hard working girl and didn’t do anything.
