Description of Work: I purchased gas log and they delivered them and coordinated some of the installation with the Plumber and the city. They had a show room and could demonstrate exactly what I purchased. I was pleased with their performance and plan to have routine maintenance performed by them.

Description of Work: We bought gas logs from Hearth and Patio. They offered to install them but we decided to have the gas company install them while putting in the gas lines. They were very informative and professional. They have actual gas logs on site so you can see what they look like - as well as while lit.

Description of Work: Ordered gas fire logs, burner and grate. Scheduled installation. Pulled City permit. Removed old gas logs, burner and grate, removed sand and lava rock, swept fireplace clean. Installed new gas burner, new grate, new fire logs. Hooked up gas to new burner. Tested system. Removed all debris and cleaned up after themselves. Left instructions on new system. The installation was great and the installers were very proficient and professional. Very nice men to work with. The new gas logs that were ordered did not arrive at the installer's warehouse when scheduled and I had to question the installer as to the status of the delivery. I was given another date and I again had to question the installer of the status. When they new logs did arrive the installer contacted me with the install date. Other than that, I would go back to the company for any gas log or fireplace issue. They are very busy this time of year.

 + -1 moreI had some other company come in and access the fireplace for repair. First, that company charge a cut-throat price to just come look at it, and then quoted over $600.00 to fix the problem. Of cause I could not afford that kind of payment so I came to Angie's list.I found Hearth and Patio Sales and Services. He squeezed me into his schedule, charged $75.00 to come out and access the damage. He came, found what was wrong, fixed it and when I asked for my bill, he said $75.00! Just the cost of driving out since I beblieve, the cost of repair was negligible! Imagine how happy and surprised I was. The other company would have taken my $600.00 for nothing.
