Hartsfield installed our original roof, so they were the first company we called as we had a good experience the first time. We had to call twice to even get a quote. We were finally sent a quote that I emailed to someone twice with approval. At that point he said they were 2 weeks out so I thought we were good, I Called back almost 4 weeks later and they stated they had not received the contract. Which was never sent to me, and now told it would be 8 weeks to get repaired. The customer service manager acts like she could care less and pretty much wrote us off.

Hartsfield roofing was professional right from the start. They took pictures of the roof damage and took their time explaining what would need to be done for repairs. The crew was very nice and courteous. They even went above and beyond to clean my skylight which was not even part of the repairs! I highly recommend!

Not only did they tarp and patch the roof, they provided pictures and a fair quote for a new roof. They also helped me understand how my neighbor's damaged gutter had caused the deterioration of my roof in the specified area. The receptionist/admin was very helpful and empathic to my situation. Billing was seamless and painless considering all the damage I could have experienced had Hartfield Roofing not come to save the day!

Estimate was very competitive and roof cost was exactly as estimated - no surprises or add-ons. They requested permission to bring a trailer over and park it in the driveway the night before they started. The crew came early the next morning as promised and replaced the roof in one day. (My roof is very simple and my house is small; I'm sure more complex and/or larger ones take longer. However, a different company was replacing a roof down the street from me at the same time and they worked off and on over four days to replace a similar roof.) They tarped the ground around the house and cleaned up thoroughly. I didn't find one nail, piece of shingle or any trash or debris anywhere. I don't really know anything about roofing but my neighbor does, and he pointed out several things they did that demonstrated high quality work and attention to detail. My roof looks great. Rett was professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. Followed up when he said he would and didn't mind answering questions and explaining things. Everything went smoothly and was done as promised. I recommend him and would use him again.

After having some trouble lining up roofers due to a hail event in the area we finally got 3 quotes to re-roof our 1978 modern frame house. Hartsfield was the low quote. They were able to do siding replacement as well as the roof where some of the others could not due to license limitations. They arrived at the job and worked until the job was done. They never left the house exposed. The paneling repair was a heavily detailed board and batten job that was done very well with great attention to detail. Rett Hartsfield was on the roof and in with the carpenters at every step of the project.. A job well done.

His quote was very competitive, it was the lowest quote I received. He did everything he could to accommodate us. He was pleasant and thoughtful and he did the job. He was recommended to me by a friend and the important thing was he was there. He was there though not all the time, but he was there a bit of the time and he saw that it was all done properly. They young man's name was Rett and he was very good. I felt good about him.

REROOF REPLACED A LOT BAD DECKING CLEANED UP WAS GREAT.....

They completed the job in two days. The only delay being due to rain.
